The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

Charming apartment with good facilities. Very nice and quick contact with host Francesco. Great roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. Walking in a few minutes you are at the harbor and the city center with numerous great restaurants, ice cream parlors, vinotheques, etc. Everything was right, "Bella Italia" as you imagine it. In short: 100% referral.

Despite its centrality, the neighborhood remained peaceful, letting me fully relax. The host was attentive, responding to any concerns immediately. When the stove igniter stopped working, she and her husband arrived within the hour to fix it. Otherwise, her minimal interaction allowed me to enjoy my stay undisturbed. This property truly feels like paradise, an experience that transcends the typical Airbnb. If I could, I’d stay forever. Perfect for those seeking a seamless mix of history, culture, and comfort. Life-changing, unforgettable, and highly recommended.

Terrific place in a quiet and private location with beautiful views. Looks just like the pictures - the pool is amazing, as are all of the outside spaces (there is also an outside shower to rinse off - edge of the property on the right side, end of the driveway). Very close to both Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello. The house itself is spacious. Beds are comfortable (firm). The kitchen and outdoor grill have lots of cookware and utensils to help with preparing food. Wifi, AC (in each of the bedrooms), and clothes washer all worked great for us. Bruno was very friendly and responsive. The welcome pastries and bottle of prosecco were delicious and much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended .

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Nunzio's apartment for one week, the stay was very great, a very cozy balcony for breakfast, alot of restaurants nearby, alot to do in a street with many different shops just a few stairs up from the apartment, near 2 different beaches, near boat and scooter rental. Would highly recommend staying at this place for anyone going to Castellamare for relaxing, for going out to restaurants / bars at night, everything me and my girlfriend did fit the spot of this place perfectly. Hope to stay here again😄
