Highly recommend staying at The Martinsburg! Clemens & Audrey are fantastic hosts who are so accommodating and friendly. The homes at The Martinsburg are the coolest tiny homes that felt secure, private, and cozy. Clemens & Audrey fill the home with thoughtful details, with everything you could need, down to dog bowls and dog treats if you indicate that you'll be bringing your pets with you. The retreat really immerses you into the charm of Fredericksburg, with local recommendations and even locally-sourced soap used in the home.

Jennifer was extremely accommodating and made the resort welcoming. Pickleball courts were a plus. Approximately 20 min away from downtown Fredericksburg.

The place was perfect for a 2-day getaway with my friend for my birthday! The hot tub was a nice addition and easy to use! Very close drive to Augusta Vin Winery (our favorite) and a 8-10 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The host was very kind, checking in daily to make sure we were doing well. I would stay here again.

The house was peaceful and had a lot to offer. We loved hot tub and above ground pool . The fenced in yard with two peach trees and patio were just lovely. We had a well stocked kitchen, bedrooms as well as the rest of the house which made us feel right at home. Lake Buchanan is pretty much a field of stickers due to drought so plan on Inks Lake for your water activities. If you’re looking for a getaway, this is a sweet house. Especially for dog lovers.

The perfect place for a ladies weekend. The place is in a very peaceful location surrounded by tres and a creek. Our favorite time was spent in the hot tub every night. Great communication with the administrators. They were very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Enjoyed seeing the deer, Cardinals and squirrels during our stay. Relaxed in the hot tub, underneath the beautiful oak trees. House has all the amenities and kitchen items necessary for a home cooked meal. Went shopping at the local grocery store, also nearby. Location is approximately 2 miles from town. Close to several wineries and restaurants. Michael was very responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommended.

A perfect weekend getaway. Just the peaceful environment we were looking for. The space was clean, cozy, plenty of space. The 7.5 acres was so much fun for our 2 dogs to explore. Absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary and Easter at this beautiful property! We loved that it was secluded and we were able to enjoy sitting on the back porch and watch deer. One of the special treats…They provide farm fresh eggs, Coke, Coke Zero, hot tea, and coffee. Additionally biscuits & o.j. (When you let them know)! There was a storm that came in and we felt safe, never lost power, and they checked on us to make sure we were ok! We were not focused on tv time or our phones, but internet is limited. The location is secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are games and a dvd player with movies, and books too! The drive is absolutely gorgeous, but it does take about 25-30 minutes to get to Fredericksburg. Which was perfectly fine with us to enjoy time together! The time we spent at the cabin was perfect! You’ll definitely want to grab your bags and reserve your stay now!

John and Suzanne, Thank you so much for the lovely stay at your 2 bedroom cabin. It was absolutely perfect for our quiet weekend away. We especially appreciated how close it was to Perdenales Falls State Park and that you allow pets – that was a big bonus for us! We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. So quiet and peaceful. Even with the current drought there was still sufficient water to enjoy so time in the river fishing and playing with the family. We can’t wait to return! Tiffani was friendly, extremely responsive and flexible.

Clean home and solid construction off the beaten path provided a wonderful night‘s rest. Early morning rise followed with tranquil outside seat and first cup of coffee followed by a second. Every box checked for a weary traveler seeking to refresh and replenish a dwindling reserve. Old books and vast views exist side-by-side and up-close with hill country nature and healing.

This was an absolutely beautiful little place to stay. It was very clean and modern inside, and peaceful and green outside. Perfect for two people - and our dog loved it too. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great get away ! If you are looking for a private and peaceful place to stay, this is it ! Not just that but Cathy and Tim were very helpful and very fast to solve anything we were wondering about. Kids had a blast at the pool and not to mention looking at goats & deers running around the property. This place felt so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Definitely going back soon ! Julie's little red cabin is a delightful retreat! Nestled on nearly 20 acres of stunning oak-filled land, the setting is charming countryside . The cabin itself is cute and cozy while my favorite thing was sitting on the porch at night listening to the wind chimes. Highly recommend this charming getaway for anyone seeking nature and tranquility.

One of my favorite stays. Beautiful area with privacy, very cozy and clean. Has fun gaming amenities and the property is very well kept and neat. Definitely want to make it back.

Shannon’s place is a great Hill Country get away. It is tucked away on a private hilltop about 25 minutes from Fredericksburg. There is a great little eating joint about 10 minutes away for indoor and outdoor dining in Alamo Springs. The house is beautiful with all the small touches such as snacks, bottle waters, and plenty of fresh linens that really made the stay that much better. The night sky is beautiful and it is very quiet. My wife and I could not be happier with our stay and we will definitely be looking to stay at Shannon’s place again soon.

This small rental is just for the person that is looking for a quiet, restful retreat. It had a very inviting patio on the back an old simple front entry, you couldn't help but want to stay longer. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! This place was very easy to get anywhere you needed to get. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a nice stay at this remote Texas home. It was clear the host put time and attention into ensuring the interior had amenities, decor, and cleanliness which made for a wonderful stay.

The cabin was remote and private; peaceful and relaxing, a great get-away, and no traffic! The place was very clean. The best part was the sunrise in the mornings. To watch it, there is a screened in porch to sit in. As I sat inside and on the porch, a couple of hummingbirds buzzed by! The air conditioning worked wonderfully.

I really enjoyed my stay!! the bath was a perfect place to relax after a week of hiking!! The host even provided a bath bomb and bath salts!! Overall a great experience and I loved waking up and seeing the cows!!

I really enjoy my rest and relaxation trip for my Birthday the cabins, is beautiful, peace and quiet definitely the remedy I needed. I will stay again just for the peace, and highly recommend it.
