It was a great time spending time at this place! The views and sunsets are just spectacular. The rooftop terasse is sublime and therés a great pool and patio area also! Paola is super nice and friendly! Great service from Don Giulio’s Luigi too! We asked them if we could have dinner there from their restaurant even though it was closed and they made it happened! Super service!! I recommand! Thank you Paola!!

We had a fantastic stay at Antonietta's place! The house is beautiful, authentic and extremely well stocked for any living needs - there were beach umbrellas and beach towels, blankets and duvets (which came in handy on cold nights in April), lots of cooking utensils and kitchen basics etc. We also loved the outdoor spaces. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms and Antonietta was extremely responsive and courteous about resolving it. We would absolutely come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

We had a wonderful 7 days at this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information needed to have a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to get there quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive in answering our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with a nice view of the mountains. Shops are close to 5 minutes by car or even walk there. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all the modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. You're all set and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of guests, leaving some foodstuffs to start your stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.

Gianluca is the best Air BnB host I have ever met. My family felt right at home. He thought if every little details to make our stay comfortable. 100% recommend and will definitely check his property for future travels.

The place is amazing! Guiseppe is really helpful and kind. He helps you with the luggage, local things. The house was clean, and airco was on when we arrived. Guiseppe is good with communication true translate apps. Make sure you have them before you arrive. Going up is as described, an adventure. We rented a scooter - one of us got up with the scooter ( not so easy), the other one had a great hike. So make so you are fit enough. It’s worth it. Nearby is an amazing local restaurant, 300m away from the house . Guiseppe called the restaurant and the lady cooked only for us. It was delicious! Real Italian meal and vibe! I can only recommend this place and its owner. Loved our stay! Adventure and all!

I would have liked to give 6 stars. Fantastic location. There is a bar downstairs with fresh coffee and they serve Saltiboca where all the people from the village come. Bikini Beach is within walking distance. You have to pay for it and it's Italian prices, but then you're also fantastic. We spent our evenings very pleasantly because they had a cupboard with games and books in all languages. It was so much fun that we didn't even notice there was no television. And the kitchen is also very well equipped. Matching crockery and beautiful bowls. Was a party to cook at home By car, Sorento is very close and there are many good restaurants. For us, it was a wonderful way to relax. We would love to come back

We absolutely loved our stay at Sabitina’s place. The host was very helpful and accommodating, the house was immaculate and yet felt homely, and the location was great. Thank you to the hosts!! Hope to one day return.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

Gorgeous house, charming town, beautiful views! We absolutely loved our stay here. Simone was a gracious host. Her niece met us when we got there and showed us everything. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio, enjoying the views. We appreciated the A/C in the bedrooms! The kitchen and house were both well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. We had some of our favorite meals in Vico Equense, based on Simone's recommendations. The bakery at the top of the steps was amazing! Such a lovely town, we don't speak much Italian and everyone was so patient and kind. What a great way to end our vacation!

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is a gem—peaceful, spacious, and extremely well-located! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous private outdoor space to take in the Ischian sun. It truly felt like paradise. Case in point: we fell asleep each night to the sound of waves lapping gently on the shore, with gentle breezes helping us drift to sleep. Umberto, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! Responsive, kind, and provided wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants that were all top-notch. In short: I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie per tutti, Umberto—era un piacere!!!

Amazing villa with a big terrace overlooking a nice little bay. You can sleep with the sound of the waves. Rooms are large and each one with its own bathroom and AC. The house is just 7 minutes walking from the town of Lacco Ameno where you can find restaurants, coffee shops and everything you need. Carmen is a gracious host and very communicative and flexible. I highly recommend this place for your stay in the beautiful island of Ischia.

This place is incredible! If anything I think the photos undersell it. We had the most amazing week here. Giuseppina and her family were so welcoming and brought us fresh eggs from their chickens. We originally had plans to take a bunch of day trips to Naples, etc. but we were so in love with the house that we spent most of our days there in the pool or reading in the hammock. I cannot recommend it enough for a relaxing holiday.

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and the back garden private and fairly quiet. Lots of local restaurants and wineries but of course you are also close to Vesuvius, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento coast, etc. The place was clean and tidy, and had air conditioning as well as bug killer (plug in). It was secure. Angela was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only thing we found a little frustrating at times was the WiFi signal was poor in the main bedroom (cutting out frequently) and didn't cover the garden area.

Great little find, would recommend. Very comfy bed, immaculately clean, great shower water pressure. Air con was great and had all the amenities listed. Parking was behind the gate to the property and in the shade, we were very happy leaving our rental car there. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. The view from the property is lovely and makes you forget you're in a town and near a city. 20 minute walk (not the best in the dark) to the train station that goes down to Sorrento and up to Naples. Very convenient for us to visit Pompeii and the Amalfi coast (via bus from train station). Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive.
