Family-friendly holiday rentals in Castel Volturno

was a nice distance from anything you wanted to do in caserta and a small walk from the station if you wanted to venture further. home was well kept and felt comfortable ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We absolutely adore this place and are so happy to be back here for the second time. The cura (care), the genuine smiles, the warm hugs from everyone will leave you with a kind of emotion and connection that you just can’t find on mainland Italy. Not Capri, not Rome, not even Amalfi will give you that same feeling — that you’ve come home, that you’ve met up again with old friends. And after your full, beautiful days — there’s the enorme letto (huge bed) and the relaxing jacuzzi waiting for you. We are in love with this place — and we’ll keep coming back here, and only here!

New apartment, very nice and comfortable, wonderful view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Great base for visiting Naples, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast

We had a fun time! The location is great (if you prefer the quiet side of the island), the studio is nice, the terrace with a view is perfect, and the pool is a real plus (the beaches are very busy so it's a pleasure to have the pool in the residence). The little extra: from the path that leads to the residence to the doors of the studio, you will be immersed in an oasis of greenery! We'll be back for sure!

The property looks even bigger in the pictures than it actually is, but it is still large and faithful. We were 7 people and had enough space. We felt comfortable and at home right away. Everything was super clean and tidy and the things of daily need were functional. The place is highly recommended. Andrea is also a great host. Bravo!

We had a great time at this resort. It doesn't look like much from the outside especially where the location is but when you go inside it was really pretty. Our view was amazing. Really amazing--we felt like we were right in the ocean. We visited off season so it was almost empty when we were there. You can walk to some restaurants and bars and it is very close to the docks where the ferry arrives. We would go back. Alessandro and the staff were very helpful.

The apartment is a good starting point for activities. The Neapolitan street traffic takes a little getting used to, but it is good to handle if you do not have a large car. Public transport is similar to that in Munich - an adventure, but whoever you ask or meet was super helpful and nice. In addition to Pompeii, there are many smaller excavations, one directly behind the house, which we found even better.

Stayed with wife. Location of apartment was less than a minute from the busiest street in Napoli, but surprisingly very peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast is served round the corner at Andrea and Luigi's upmarket and busy cafe. It consisted of coffee and large croissant each. Very nice. We had a minor hiccup with our taxi to the airport but Luigi sorted it for us and we were very grateful. He said "hey, it's my job". They care about their guests and its not just some grotty Airbnb appartment like i've stayed at before.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with love and looks very safe, especially due to the 24/7 manned gate. Would definitely come again!

An absolutely stellar experience. Nico is super nice and gave us the best reccomendations. The roof terrace is out of this world gorgeus and was the perfect haven from Napoli when the heat and noise gets a bit much after a long day. The view is superb. Its like a tropical wonderland with all the beautiful plants. If we ever go back to Napoli, we will come back 💯 pct. The apartment is very, very clean. Bed is good. 10/10. Very nice people.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for our stay in Naples. Sotterranea was only a five minute walk away. Fabio was extremely attentive, when we first checked in he told us about all the local sites and recommended wonderful restaurants in the area. He even offered to bring us another fan during the heat wave that was happening during our stay. If we are ever in Naples again we will be staying here.

Luigi was very warm and friendly. He greeted us and showed us the facilities in the house, and recommended many delicious restaurants to me. The apartment is very good, in the city center, you can experience Naples very well, it is very convenient to go everywhere, it is a very good experience.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

We were warmly welcomed by Enrica. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, simply magnificent, overlooking Naples and Capri. Ideal for relaxing after excursions. Ideal starting point for Vesuvius, Pompeii, Naples and the Amalfi Coast. I'd love to come back.

Cannot wait to go back! This was one of the most spectacular air bnbs I’ve ever been to. The view and the balcony were simply amazing. The private pool with ocean views was so relaxing. Chiara and Alessandro were so helpful with recommendations for our stay as well

There are not enough words to express how lucky we felt to find Mary's gem at Castello Guisso. From the moment of booking, Mary's responsiveness and recommendations for planning our trip were so helpful. She communicated and guided to the point of arrival. We were greeted by lovely Mary with a tour and treats of the gorgeous Castello Guisso. Absolutely breathtaking location and views. The apartment was beautifully appointed and both modern & spacious! The balcony gorgeous views of the sea and the pool. The private beach was amazing with cobalt blue sea. We were on our honeymoon, and we are grateful to have booked Mary's apartment because our entire experience exceeded all expectations because of staying here. The hospitality provided was over and above and the genuine kindness to ensure a great visit to Vico Equense/Sorrento Coast was endearing. If you are looking for a private and quiet experience away from the touristy parts of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast this is a great place to be.

A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

Fabio was really responsive when messaging him about the stay. Really helpful ! The location is perfect right on the Main Street in the historic centre and amazing balcony if you wanted a little chill with some peace.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁
