Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Castel di Tusa

Enzo et sa compagne ont été très accueillant et arrangeant ! Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et contient tout le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle , laver son linge et cuisiner :) La piscine était top et la plage privée vraiment chouette . Bref je recommande sans hésitations :) Vous aurez par contre besoin d’être véhiculer car un peu en recul de la ville mais ça en vaut le coup :)

Loris was super accommodating and the apartment was lovely and really well situated in a nice area. It was a short walk from the Marina and there were multiple restaurants near by and a shop called Famila with everything you could need. Loris frequently checked up on us via messages to check how we were getting on. Checking in was nice and flexible and he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us all the important things.

Appartement très confortable, doté de 2 très belles chambres avec une très bonne literie. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans Palerme, beaucoup de monuments à voir autour accessibles à pied, un petit supermarché tout à coté, de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Et bien qu'étant central, cet appartement est au calme, pas de bruit de voitures, ce qui est très appréciable. Bref une belle adresse pour visiter Palerme!

Ich war für etwas mehr als einen Monat zu Gast in der Unterkunft Balcone Crimaldi zu Gast und habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Zum Ausblick ist ja bereits viel geschrieben worden – es ist wirklich einmalig. Obwohl man hier fast jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann, wird es nicht langweilig. Die Stimmung und das Licht sind jedes Mal anders. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und das WLAN läuft verlässlich. Auch das Schlafzimmer und das Bad lassen keine Wünsche offen. San Marco D’Alunzio mit seinen verwinkelten, steilen Gassen hat eine absolut einmalige Atmosphäre. Wer gerne wandert, kann zudem von hier aus direkt starten und findet im Nebrodi-Park viele großartige Strecken. Ein Auto ist allerdings dennoch empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt zu Claudia und Sergio lief super. Sie waren für Fragen stets erreichbar und gaben mir gute Tipps zu Veranstaltungen im Ort – und einen hauseigenen Wein gab’s auch noch zum Probieren.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check Out einfach ein Traum! Silvia meldet sich proaktiv und es absolut unkompliziert. Auf Nachrichten reagiert sie gefühlt innerhalb von Sekunden. Auch die Möglichkeit das Gepäck früher abzustellen bzw nach dem Check Out noch zu verwahren ist möglich! Die Wohnung ist der absolute Traum - makellos, stylish und entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Ein Ort, wo man sich sofort zuhause fühlt! Optimale Lage, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar - der Bus zum Flughafen und auch der Bus zum Strand (Mondello) ist um die Ecke! Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 6 ****** vergeben; die sind mehr als verdient! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt - ich komme wieder :)

Great Appartment in an upscale nice neighborhood north of Palermo. Plenty of good restaurant where locals go and nice shopping. Perfectly located to visit the city center and Mondello beach but without the hustle of downtown. The appartment is impressive. Nicely decorated, with taste and good sense, high ceilings, plenty of light and all the premium amenities you may need. Anna is very responsive and attentive and make you feel at home from the first minute. Highly recommended.

Had a fab stay in Cefalu! Location is right in center of historic center, and yet not noisy to sleep. The place is newly renovated, in great shape, and very clean. Valentina is a great host!

I really like staying here! Flat is really nice, clean, well well equiped, everything was exactly like in description, communication was also great. Apartement is located near bus stops which allows you to go to Mondello but also to city center of Palermo. Neighboor is very calm. thank you!

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Exceptional in every way. The house is beautiful, the patio and pool are fantastic and the views are stunning. Davide is a lovely host, friendly, kind and very helpful. The house has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. It's also a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend Etna, Taormina, Ortigia and Aci Castello.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Mondello nos resultó excelente ubicación para movernos desde allí en auto para conocer Palermo, Cefalù, san Vito lo capo y castelmare del golfo. El dpto es excelente, con todo lo que tiene una casa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y muy bien recibidos. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, amplio y luminoso, con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado muy bueno, cocina comoletisima, baño impecable todo a nuevo y el dormitorio amplio con una cama matrimonial excelente). Los anfitriones, Simón y Sabrina, son muy cálidos y siempre predispuestos. Nos consiguieron un estacionamiento de 24 hs y nos hicieron una recorrida en su auto por la ciudad de Mondello. Gracias Sabrina y Simón. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Esperamos poder volver en un futuro. Isabel y Marcelo. Argentina.

Very modern and spacious apartment. Bathrooms were fresh, bedrooms hade tons of space, comfortable beds and nice living room with a large TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby, very close to Lumsa University where we had our course, and only 10 minute walk from the Massimo Theater and the sightseeing and tourist streets. The host was extremely kind, quick to respond and even let us check out late on our departure date. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Arianna’s place in Palermo and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Her thoughtful communication made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're planning a trip to Palermo, I highly recommend Arianna’s place. Antonio's accommodation is excellent, it has a very good location. The El Capo market is right next door, and everything else is just a short distance away. Antonio is an excellent host! I recommend it 100%

Gut gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, Salz, Kaffee, Tee, Öl etc. vorhanden

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement de Rosalba. Tout d’abord, elle et sa fille nous attendaient à notre arrivée et nous ont fait un tour du propriétaire et donné des conseils et reco, ce qui était très appréciable. Rosalba est sympathique et répond toujours et nous a même réservé un taxi pour l’aéroport. L’appartement est bien rangé et beau, et très propre, super. Très fidèle aux photos. Un gros plus pour la machine à laver, la machine à café, la douche et les produits mis à disposition dans la salle de bain, ce qui est très rare. Les seuls côtés négatifs est qu’il n’y a aucune isolation phonique avec l’extérieur, on entend tout, ce qui est très dérangeant quand on a besoin de calme, mais je pense que c’est le cas de tous les immeubles anciens de la ville, ce n’est pas la faute de Rosalba. La ville de Palerme en soit n’est pas forcément très propre ou très safe, mais c’est notre ressenti. Mais les restaurants sont très bons et peu chers surtout ceux de la place à côté.

Die Wohnung war wirklich perfekt. Super ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage war auch super. Mit unserem Mietwagen war es ziemlich schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber mit der Metro wäre die Wohnung super zu erreichen.

We had a wonderful stay in this truly unique and atmospheric apartment. The interiors are even more beautiful in person... from the richly painted ceilings to the bold colour palette and vintage touches, everything feels both curated and full of character. The living room was spacious and comfortable, the bedroom serene and well-designed, and the bathroom was a highlight with its 1940s tub and gallery wall charm. One of our favourite things was the host’s incredible music collection; such a thoughtful and personal touch that added so much to the vibe of the space! We felt right at home. The location was ideal for exploring Palermo, and check-in was smooth and well-communicated. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an elegant, soulful, and memorable base in Palermo.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The airbnb is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation an awesome experience. From the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, to the shower with great water pressure, and washer and dryer and much much more-you will feel so at home. It is beautifully decorated, too. What makes this property a stand out, however, is the super super host Guiseppe. He was in constant communication making sure everything was perfect, sending suggestions, directions, and answering our questions. He is a genuinely wonderful person. If you are having any doubts, don't hesitate to book-you may certainly miss a golden opportunity.
