A fantastic gem in a charming Italian town! Our host was so helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for walking around the town. Max’s Pub was around the corner and very helpful too! What an amazing town. Apartment was spacious for three of us. Super clean and comfortable.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

We looked for a place to stay that could accommodate 2 families and 1 little dog and this place is perfect because although it offers shared spaces, it has in fact 2 separate areas on 2 independent levels.

Tidy and clean house. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and kitchen. Very available to resolve any issues.

Catia and Andrea's house was perfect! Everything was super clean, there was everything you need to cook, I could wash clothes, the whole time I felt right at home. The location is stunning, with a huge private courtyard with a view of the mountains and the sound of the river. There are walking trails nearby and only 30-60 minutes by car, there are multiple mountains to hike up if that's your thing. I recommend Monte Amaro (difficult) and Monte Mileto (moderate). Above all, Catia and Andrea were two of the nicest hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Catia was extremely communicative before my arrival and when I told her what time I would arrive, her and Andrea suggested to meet them at a bar near the airbnb. Of course I accepted and I was met with beautiful hospitality, they bought me two beers and let me practice my Italian with them. And to top it off, they personally escorted me to show me the airbnb, and they also left some beer and two bottles of wine. Best experience yet!

Very positive experience. Monica was very kind and professional. We had a great time and the location, while not in the center of Castel di Sangro, is convenient because it is easily accessible and equipped with all comforts. We will definitely be back

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for our stay dedicated to skiing. The location was convenient to the slopes, and we appreciated the tranquility of the area after a day in the snow. The host was available and clear in their communications. Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An unforgettable stay. The apartment is attention to detail, a special attention to guests. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable, everything is perfect. The owner is a lovely and available person. The parking space is reserved and thanks to the directions provided it is easily accessible from the street. Unexpectedly we found what is most necessary for a hearty breakfast even if only for one night. An immersive experience in nature and greenery. The perfect stay for those looking for tranquility and at the same time want to visit the places and cultural heritage of the area. Our rating is 10/10!!! We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. In addition, the apartment was impeccable both on the cleanliness and decor side, a beautiful experience...we will definitely be back

Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

Casa Radiosa was a beautiful discovery, for us who were 6 of us it was a very pleasant stay. As a host we found two people of very rare availability! Highly recommended if you are passing through Sora and surroundings 🥰

We had three fantastically beautiful weeks and often rode our bikes to the beach. Unfortunately, about two kilometers of the route are heavily trafficked roads. In Italian traffic, you need strong nerves when cycling or as a pedestrian. A big thank you to Simone and family for their friendly support in many areas. We have been in the area three times now and are always enthusiastic about the country and the people.
