Holiday rentals with a patio in Castagniers

Our stay was 10/10! Bertrand reached out weeks before our trip to start sharing details and recommendations and continued with perfect communication throughout the entire trip. The space was beautiful, a perfect location, and great amenities. As international travelers I was very thankful for the hospitality and making it so easy and simple for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend Bertrand as a host!

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

This home is one of the best ones we’ve been too. The location is great. Steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home had air conditioning which seems to be a rare treat in Europe. It also had a very nice new kitchen and two new bathrooms. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. Very nice place. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Nice. Also Hanna was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay in the ‘Skynest’ was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! We stayed there for a week and our whole family (6 people) felt at home immediately. Everything in the apartment was very well thought out and all the amenities worked perfectly. This made our stay so comfortable and we are able to relax and enjoy the rooftop balcony which got a lot of sun during the day. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of Nice with easy walking and public transport to everywhere we wanted to go.

Location and responsive communication is what brings this to 5 stars (tempted to give it 4). Host was super responsive. The location is amazing. Right close to the water, only one floor up from a very lively street full of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Being that close you'd expect a loud apartment, but this place is located on the interior of the building with a window to a courtyard that is nice and quiet. Comfy bed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to people who want to spend a lot of time in their AirBnB. Our shower head wasn't working the best. Lack of water pressure. Bleach-stained dark towels, outlets that are outdated and worn to the point they would hardly hold an electrical accessory. I think the apartment could use a little TLC and re-investment. Just little things. But such a great location!

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

A gorgeous view in a lovely part of town. The host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. The accommodations were very thoughtful. The balcony is perfect for morning and evening relaxing. I highly recommend this rental. So easy to get to Old Nice and Ville Franche Sur Mer.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im AirBnB von Elena. Zwar ist die Unterkunft etwas ab vom Schuss (2,3 km Fahrt über eine schmale Straße), aber gerade das macht ihren Reiz und den Charme aus. Man lebt toll gelegen mitten in der Natur und hat einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir haben in unserer Woche Wanderurlaub viel mit unseren beiden Hunden erleben können und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Alles perfekt bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten: 1. Ich wurde nicht informiert das die Haushälterin extra kostet und nicht inkl. war. 2. Die Aussenmöbel wie Liegestühle am Pool und generell die Poolarea könnte aufgefrischt werden. Sowie das WC am Pool. Bitte beachten das der Rest einwandfrei perfekt war. Diese 2 Punkte beeinflussen den ganzen Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht. Lediglich als Feedback um das maximum herauszuholen. Sonst perfekt, Charles hat uns auch früher einchecken und auschecken lassen. Definitv würde ich wieder kommen.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Excellent séjour chez Mickael ! Havre de paix après la foule de Nice, et toutes les belles balades des environs...D’excellents conseils pour les restaurants aussi... A noter, le jardin entièrement clôt et sécurisé, parfait pour notre chien. Nous n’hesiterons pas à revenir !

Wir können die Unterkunft von Elisabeth und Clinton nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und die Größe ausreichend. Beide sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten und sprechen eine ganz klare Empfehlung aus! Danke nochmal.

Impeccable séjour passé chez Sandra. Le logement était agréable, au calme, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroits sans devoir faire trop de kilomètres. Sandra était disponible quand il le fallait et nous a bien conseillé.

房间在一楼，带大件行李过去很方便。房间虽小但是设施齐全。房主响应快，就是赶上网络公司维修，网络不好。房间位置离铁路很近，很方便！

This place is awesome! We were staying in Antibes for the first time with our three kids (four and under). Our flight was delayed and Peter was so kind to meet us super late at night. The location is great. Two mins walk from a swing-park and loads of restaurants but also a quiet street (not full of noisy bars/music etc). It’s got a lift, the travel cot had a proper mattress and the washing machine is so useful with three kids. The only downside is the building (not Peter) decides when to turn on the AC and thought 25-30 degrees in June isn’t hot enough! So coming from Scotland we were really struggling with the heat and Peter managed to get us a portable AC unit and some fans to make it a bit cooler. All in we would recommend staying here to anyone and hope we can visit ourselves again.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

L’appartement est parfait , il est confort , bien équipé ce qui permet de passer un super séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal si vous voulez visiter la côte ! Des bons restaurants à côté. Mélanie et James sont des hôtes incroyables…très réactifs et à l’écoute , on a eu un super dialogue avec eux !! Si vous voulez passer un excellent séjour sur la côte , c’est le bon endroit !!!

Great apartment in a central location and close to the Promenade . Maria is a very responsive and gracious host. The apartment is bright, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The terrasse is spacious. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Maria! 😊
