Holiday rentals with a patio in Casselberry

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

This was my second stay at Anahely's place, and everything was just as pleasant, easy and comfortable as the first stay. The consistency in cleanliness, comfort and communication was reassuring and a sign of top-notch professionalism and hospitality. Can't thank you enough.

Roy's place was so cute, and the perfect place to stay the night. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also left us a bottle of wine which was the perfect touch. I only wish I could've stayed longer and explored more of Sanford. It's such a cute and friendly town and the nightlife was fun too!

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

Overall our stay was great! The only snag was the place hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived due to a booking/communication error. Greg immediately responded and had cleaners there within the hour. Once It was cleaned the place was immaculate and our stay was peaceful - exactly what we were looking for!

Second time at Joe’s. Among the best AirBnB’s in our extensive experience! Stocked with every little thing you might want (ie: instant read thermometer for grilling). Joe reached out to help before I even had a chance to ask about the WiFi (wife had unplugged router by accident) and opened the garage door when my kids locked themselves out. House is private and quiet and the pool area is awesome. Lot of activities within easy reach. Such an easy, comfortable stay. Thanks again Joe and crew!

This was a quick visit to Winter Park. The rental is as described and is in a good location to Winter Park. Most of the restaurants and stores were within a 10min drive including grocery stores. The property manager was proactive and great with communication. The area was quiet and peaceful and felt safe. The house is as described. The beds are clean and comfortable. The showers are large and the living room has a big comfortable sofa. The kitchen has appliances and a full accompaniment of cooking supplies. I recommend this unit if you want to be near Winter Park or want to visit surrounding areas.

May was great! Went to Universal Studios and it was right down the street. May was always responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again for sure

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Absolutely loved the place! It’s at a great location. Was able to get to Sea World, Walmart and other nearby restaurants within single digit lyft rides which is amazing! The unit was beautifully arranged and filled with thoughtful amenities! The lake beside is simply a bonus! Host was super responsive and friendly!

Apartamento espaçoso e com localização privilegiada, pois fica num ponto a média distância dos parques e Kyle é uma pessoa muito atenciosa que responde prontamente quando você precisa. Acho necessário esclarecer aqui que não está incluso na diária serviços de arrumação, troca de roupas e limpeza do apartamento. Para quem vai ficar poucos dias não faz diferença, mas no meu caso que alugou por 11 dias, sim. Mas isso é um detalhe que não diminui a excelência do apartamento.
