Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Casco Bay

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

Great location that is nearby for runs/walks and quick driving commutes to downtown and other hot spots. The space was cozy and clean.

As a host, Nicholas was fantastic. The property is excellent, clean, and has all the amenities we expected. One aspect undersold is the coffee shop in the building. We loved that! The neighborhood felt safe and again, Nicholas was very responsive and helpful.

This is the perfect stay for two people for a getaway in Portland! You'll get a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to anything you would want to do or see in town. Sharon and Eric were awesome hosts and their place was a great place to recharge each day after being out and about in Portland. Highly recommend you book here!

A lovely place to stay in Portland’s East End. Great location in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. (I happily did not need a car during my visit.) The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a nice little patio too. And you’re just steps from the Eastern Promenade park, which is one of Portland’s best amenities imo and leads to a beach, waterfront trail, dock w/ kayak rentals, etc. Jennifer was a very kind host; thank you!

Gregory was a pleasure to deal with and this stay was exactly what we were looking for!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

This is such a beautiful space! Very cozy and tucked away in a residential area. The home felt safe and was very close to downtown Freeport, where there are great options for food/beverage and shopping.

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!
