The house is a 1930 property, fully restored, respecting part of the old elements, carpentry, vigueria ... It has a beautiful patio from which you can see one of the forts surrounding the city It is located in a sailor, fisherman and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. Bus and train station are also very close. Very good. Easy parking.

The property is located in the fishing port of Saint Lucia. A few meters from it there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacconist, press, as well as various bars and restaurants. The historic city centre can be reached by walking along the Paseo Marítimo in 10-15 minutes. Cala Cortina beach is a 5 minute drive, though it can also be accessed via a newly built promenade, which skirts the city's harbor.

This was an amazing find!! We spent a few days in Cartagena and it was great to have a private and lovely home to rest at. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. I would stay here again! Highly recommend this style of Airbnb. If you aren’t driving, be aware that the bus stops are about a 15min walking distance. However it is a beautiful area and we felt safe!

Great! Antonio was attentive throughout the process and recommended very good places to dine. It is true that the streets where the apartment is located are average, but it is in the heart of Cartagena, you can walk almost everywhere and although the streets caused us some discomfort, the truth is that we had no problems with anyone. This apartment was very comfortable. Clean and comfortable bed, modern shower with lots of hot water, extra bathroom towels, and excellent A/C. This cozy little apartment is also a short walk from the port and several good restaurants. I felt right at home and enjoyed my stay.
