Holiday rentals with a patio in Cartagena Province

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). Excellent apartment, just like the photos and description, spotless, close to the historic center, walking 10 minutes away. the view from the balcony is spectacular, Cabrero beach at the front of the building. Rubén was there for us the whole time. Recommended 100%. We'll be back very soon

Great place, amazing view, would visit again

We came to visit Cartagena for a week and really enjoyed our stay at Nico's apartment in the walled city. The apartment complex itself is very peaceful and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the afternoons after walking around in the heat all day. Everything we needed was within walking distance - restaurants, grocery stores (we liked the Olímpica), museums, and meet-up points for tours. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and salt/sugar/spices and Nico also supplied us with coffee, so we were able to make breakfasts and a few dinners at the apartment. We did not go to the beaches close to the apartment, but that might have been the one destination where we would have needed an Uber or taxi. Nico was a wonderful host and was extremely attentive and responsive with answering all of our questions and offering recommendations for the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning stay! The view was nothing short of breathtaking- pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to that scenery every morning was amazing. Everything about the place was perfect: clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. Truly one of the best Airbnbs experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Alejandros place was amazing. Great access to a terrace, appliances all worked, a/c in bedroom is a must after long days at the islands/beaches or walking around. If you have any doubts, freddy will take care of you. Alejandro’s guidebook was absolutely fantastic. When in doubt use the guidebook for things to eat and or see. If I visit Cartagena again, I’d love to stay here.

Our stay was amazing! I came with 3 friends and we all loved the house—spacious, clean, and full of charm. The location in Getsemani was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Each bedroom had AC and a private bathroom, which made it super comfortable for all of us. The rooftop views and pool were a major highlight, and we spent a lot of time enjoying both. What really made the stay special was the housekeeper who also cooked delicious meals for us. Having someone available 24/7 gave us peace of mind and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely come back!

Monica's place was great. It's centrally located yet surprisingly quiet. Monica was very helpful and responsive, even letting us store our bags on our last day. Solomon, on-site, was also helpful, offering great recommendations and explaining everything we needed to know. Recommended.

Highly recommended! It's a very quiet place, Victor was very kind and was attentive from the day we arrived. She gave us helpful recommendations. The accommodation is close to several tourist places and there are several food options in the area. It's just as shown in the photos and it's very clean. We hope to return soon!!

This place is amazing, the host anna and the staff are great. Bebeann make sure our rooms are well clean and prepare breakfast for us every morning which was amazing. The location is perfect and it a virbrant community. We will be returning, thanks again for hosting us we love the place.

Stefani and Victor are always very attentive to what you need, everything was great, we were able to enter before check-in time, the accommodation is spectacular, but the best thing is that they are so attentive to your needs and look for ways to help you, Mrs. Acela attended to us in an unbeatable way, do not hesitate to book, everything is excellent.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, which made getting around super convenient. The security and maid service were excellent and really added to the overall comfort of our stay. I had read a few reviews mentioning potential noise due to the central location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very well insulated, and we had a peaceful, quiet night without any disturbances. They clearly put thought into making the space comfortable for guests. Highly recommend!

This stay at the Airbnb was amazing. It included a housekeeper who came every other day to clean and do laundry, which was very nice and refreshing. I will say that between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, it can get a bit noisy on the street due to party buses, but nothing too concerning in my opinion. One thing to note is that the rooms downstairs are all connected, so you can hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. If you're looking for complete privacy, this may not be the best option. That said, the Airbnb itself was beautiful and spacious—perfect for our group. The balcony spaces were great for watching sunrises and sunsets. The apartment also felt very safe. There’s a police/security station downstairs, and they take their job seriously, so we felt secure the entire time. Overall the Airbnb was a great one!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described very clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and Santiago was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay gave us lots of recommendations for local spots. One of the best features was the rooftop—absolutely stunning! There’s a beautiful pool with lounge chairs, a sauna and a bar that serves great drinks . The location was perfect for a quiet and a safe area . I would highly recommend if you are looking for an all inclusive experience.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view offered by the apartment, it's postcard! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. It really exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place 100%, we would definitely come back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience in Cartagena de Indias!
