Waterfront holiday rentals in Cartagena Province

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). Would highly recommend! Thank you Ruben!

Excellent apartment, just like the photos and description, spotless, close to the historic center, walking 10 minutes away. the view from the balcony is spectacular, Cabrero beach at the front of the building. Rubén was there for us the whole time. Recommended 100%. We'll be back very soon

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

Sandras place was good with a great location. In regard to the noises the new doors do somewhat of a better job.

We had an amazing time every single day, Wendy the cook makes great food and was always attentive to us with whatever we needed. Luis our security came out with us and made sure we were safe and had a great time, he knew where to go for bars, restaurants, beaches, gyms, clubs, tourist attractions, islands to visit. overall very friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable for whatever we asked about or needed. Very much recommend this place. We will stay here next time 100%

Extremely friendly and responsive host Made me feel right at home The place is beautiful, and really impressed all my guests. I had the best time here, and I would absolutely recommend it. The only thing that can be improved is making hot water available in the shower and jacuzzi.

Clean, nice, cozy and quiet place, as seen in photos. We went for my dad's medical appointment and being a 70-year-old man, he felt at home, he even sat on the terrace haha. Recommended!

Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

This place was so comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the stunning view of the water. It was close to shops, all the wonderful restaurants, park nearby for morning walk or jog. We felt very safe there. The WiFi was excellent! We worked while we were there. Place was just 10-15 minute uber ride to the walled city. Alejandra was very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely come back!

Amazing place where to stay if you are in Cartagena! Great location by the beach and pool downstairs! Balcony view was amazing and definitely our favorite spot for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner 🥰 apartment was modern, clean and with everything you need! Owners made sure we have everything for cooking(oil, seasonings, coffee) and we really appreciate that we didn’t have to buy all that 🙏 Definitely the place where we would love to come back! Amazing apartment with a beautiful rooftop pool! They even have daybeds for use. The apartment has a very cozy ambiance with comfortable lounging areas and beds. I stayed for a month and had an amazing time. Security was very friendly and everything is very very close.

1. Oceanfront location: The apartments are located a few steps from Manzanillo beach, providing direct access to a quiet and less crowded coastal area than the beaches of the historic center 2. Resort-style amenities: The complex has outdoor swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a children's play area and access to a beach 3. The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for going as a family a safe place I will return.

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view offered by the apartment, it's postcard! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .
