Beautiful place and within walking distance of the walled city. The place was as advertised. The hot tub on the roof was a nice touch. Monica was a wonderful host.

Great place, centrally located but still quiet. Roberto and his team were so communicative and helpful. They set up rides to/ from airport and had fruit and water upon arrival. And had great insight on things to do around town. Place was clean and a/c was comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The location was fantastic — very active and festive, with plenty of restaurants just 2-3 minutes walking distance away. It made exploring and enjoying the local culture incredibly easy and fun. A special thank you to Carmen, who truly made the stay unforgettable. She was so caring, thoughtful, and also had a great sense of humor — it was such a joy waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast she prepared, and the house was kept spotless thanks to her daily cleaning. Her warmth and energy really made it feel like a home away from home. The security guard (I can't recall his name, unfortunately) was also amazing — very helpful in arranging taxis and making sure we weren’t being overcharged. It was very reassuring to have someone so reliable and attentive looking out for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely be rebooking for future trips. We had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super cozy. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. The little touches really made it feel like home—like fresh towels, coffee, and even some local tips that helped us make the most of my trip. Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfy, and everything felt well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation! Alfredo our butler was amazing!

Great stay Stephanie was friendly responsive to anything needed . The location was perfect close to bars and great restaurants. Walking distance in the middle of action the best in Cartagena . Airport was not so far on 12 mins away.

Manfred was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and take in the stunning architecture and vibrant culture of the walled city. While the area is lively and can get a bit loud, it didn’t bother my friends and me at all—we still slept great. Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

I absolutely loved the place it looked exactly like the photos! The mall is just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of local vendors nearby where you can shop. I also appreciated the added security, which is present every day from 6 PM to 6 AM; it made me feel very safe. The only downside was the roach issue. Unfortunately, I left some fruit on the counter overnight, and by morning, it was infested with roaches. As long as you’re mindful not to leave food out, this shouldn’t be a problem. Other than that, the place is absolutely stunning

A great location. With restaurants super fences and supermarkets. The beach right in the front and the view of the amazing apartment. A quiet area. The apartment had a strong musty smell, but then we opened the door well and got used to the smell. This Airbnb is worth it, spacious, and if you arrived well tired from your tours, you only walk 2 minutes and you will find a lot of restaurants nearby.

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). Very good quality/price apartment, 3 story apartment in a very good location right in the center of Cartagena, instructions are clear and very responsive and helpful hosts. Would repeat again.

A lovely, luxury, 1br condo in a nice building. Well equipped (but bring your own condiments). Supermarket is just down the street. 24 hour controlled, secure entrance. Daily housekeeping. Lush garden. Great location, dozens of restaurants nearby. AC works well. We had a small issue with the fridge, Luis was very responsive and quickly resolved it. Would definitely recommend Luis' place.

LOVED the place! I was looking at other airbnbs in Cartagena but none caught my eye as much as this one did. When we seen thur listing, we booked right away! Came here with my baby, so it’s kid friendly. Location was close to everything and Miguel was very responsive and helpful I hope to come back soon :)

This AirBNB could not be any better, the location is dead center of everything there is to do. The place is really clean and the air conditioning couldn’t have been better for the humid Cartagena weather. Thank you Tom and Emelis for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

I had an incredible stay at Luis' place. After booking 2 bad bookings I could not even complete, I was relieved when i walked in and was not disappointed again. I'll book it again anytime I'm there. it is just 7 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the tourist area. I enjoyed the peace and 24 hour security the building offers.

Perfect stay on the 28th floor, in the beachfront with a pool on the 40th floor. Elsa is always ready to respond to messages and the guys at the reception are really very helpful. Recommended

The location of this was amazing! Its in the heart of the Walled City in Cartagena. If you want to explore the Walled City everything there is walkable. It’s so vibrant and beautiful. One of the days we were there, we went to the rooftop of the building and you were able to overlook the area. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Easy to get to and close to the everything. Staff was great and it even has a little convenient store. Hot water was a little too navigate but we got it eventually. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, was very close to the airport and very private. Everything was nice and matched the photos. And a plus point is that they allow baggage drop off for early flights. Also a big thank you to hosts as they were very responsive at all times. Keep it up. Would definitely recommend this place.

My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .

Great place. Clean. Great view. Felt very safe. Only negative thing I can say is that there is no bath soap or shampoo provided. First time that's happened to me with airbnb. The supermarket is close by.

The apartment is exactly as described. Pics were current and accurate. The apartment is right at the head of Boca Grande. There is a mall with banks and food court in the building. An open beach is across the street. It's a short taxi ride to the gates of the old city and there was always a taxi waiting outside. Security at the door to let you in and out. We had s fabulous stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Cartagena
