Excellent house. Very spacious and comfortable. Mark was very kind and always responded quickly. The safe location and the warm sea right in front. A separate paragraph for Faride, delicious breakfasts and lunches. And very attentive. Like Wilmar, the security guard. Highly recommended.

Mark is an amazing host and manages a great team. Wilson, the house host became like family and was very attentive in anything we need. We felt safe at all times. The maid was great and was always helpful whenever we saw her. I would definitely recommend anyone to book with Mark and his team.

Lovely house and incredible surroundings - we felt like we were in a treehouse overlooking the sea! Lore was great at responding to our messages and super helpful before and during our stay. Very remote which is both a pro and a con. Great to have the peaceful natural surroundings, but once you’re there, you’re there - Ubers are difficult to organise and the recommended driver isn’t cheap. Would recommend buying your food/drink supplies before getting transport to the house, rather than asking the driver to wait while you shop - as we were charged quite a lot for wait time. That being said, the house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - unforgettable experience. Thankyou so much Lore!

The best trip to Cartagena. I had an amazing stay at Mark’s property in Cartagena. From the moment I arrived, Briyi made everything feel warm and welcoming – her attention and hospitality truly stood out. The place was spotless, very well-maintained, and you can tell they care about keeping it clean and comfortable for guests. On top of that, the property itself is absolutely beautiful – it captures the charm of Cartagena perfectly. Thank you, Mark and Briyi, for such a wonderful experience. Hercilla's listing was perfect ! I came to Cartagena to celebrate my bday and it was the perfect location & team. Señora Cruz was the best ! She kept the property spotless & would even surprise us by washing our clothes. She even cooked my birthday dinner that my friends are still talking about. Andrecito worked at night and made sure we were safe at all time. They stay in a small room in the back and out of the way from the rest of the house. Hercilia communicates within minutes of you messaging her and a big help if you need anyting. I'm for sure going to stay here the next time I'm here in Cartagena. I also am a Spanish translator so I'll be recommending all my clients to stay here as well.

It was amazing to stay. We felt right at home in such a safe area. Amita was awesome, so was Jonathan. They kept us as safe as possible. I would highly recommend everything looked as described: so much space, so much privacy, just beautiful all over a nice area, everything was within walking distance.

Beautiful location very close to the airport about 10-15 minutes from the clock towers and beaches the staff was amazing very secure and safe, clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating

Great house/place to stay. Surrounded with mane restaurants/bars in centre of cartagena. Nice & warm welcome by the hosts, specious house to stay in, friend or family.. Mrs Aydette serving us breakfast & off-course for our tour guide Edwin. En general was worth the stay..

We came into Cartegena for our son's wedding and reserved Casa del Tejadillo for our family. As shown in the photos, is a beautiful villa and when not partaking in wedding events or touring the city, we enjoyed relaxing together in the comfortable, breezy common areas and pool. The keepers of the villa, Oscar and Doris, are gems. Camilo's recommendations for eateries and services were invaluable. It would be our great fortune to be able to return to Casa del Tejadillo!

It was an amazing experience in an amazing place. the house is very beautiful, large, comfortable, close to the beach and away from the noise. A special place to get away and relax, the beach is very clean and private.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! The Beach Villa Cartagena is an absolute paradise — perfectly located right on a quiet, beautiful stretch of beach. The setting is incredibly tranquil, making it the ideal place to relax and disconnect. The villa itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a private pool that was perfect for cooling off during the day or enjoying a peaceful evening swim. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, and the entire environment was welcoming and serene. A special thanks to Yisela, the amazing housekeeper and cook — her delicious meals and warm hospitality made the experience feel truly special. David, the property manager, was also fantastic — responsive, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I’m already planning my return trip and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Magnificent place in the heart of the city, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Pool was clean, and bedrooms were equipped. The breakfast by Rocio was very good. Moises was helpful and addresses all our needs. Would definitely come back.

My friends and I had an amazing time in our airbnb and met some great people who helped us a lot in our stay. The chauffeur and private chef were very sweet and made us feel at home. We always enjoyed our time with the locals in our neighborhood. We were really sad to say bye to everyone. We would definitely come back again.

A very nice place to rest. Close to the sea, quiet and safe. We really enjoyed the rest a lot. I think for the cost, if there are some aspects of house care, to improve. Except for this, I think it's a great place to rest and the host is also very friendly.
