Enjoy a beautiful and spacious lake home for relaxation and fun in the sun just feet away from the sandbar! Kayak, paddle board, canoe, and enjoy time by the fire table. Perfect for families and located in a no wake zone. Just 6 minutes to Indiana Beach and only 30 miles to Purdue University. Must be 25yrs or older to rent. Max capacity is 15 at anytime during your stay. 4th of July 2025 must be booked a minimum of July 3-6. Labor Day must be booked a minimum of August 29-September 1.

Relax in our 3 bed 2 bath lakefront cottage in the heart of Lake Shafer. Enjoy several outdoor seating/eating areas and the party deck that overlooks the lake. Come nightfall, throw some logs into the fire pit and enjoy the lights and sounds of lake life! 2 kayaks with life vests included. Cottage is walking distance to Indiana Beach, Tippecanoe Country Club golf course-a Pete Dye course, putt putt, arcade, basketball courts, and go carts. Sorry but no pets allowed.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable describes this fantastic home! Relax on either of the 2 decks or gather around the firepit for a cozy evening. Approximately 70 stairs lead you to the pier for a day of fishing! Have a boat or jet skis? Bring them along! You can put them in the water at Blue Water , which is 5 minutes from our home! This home is great for families wanting to have a fun time on the water or at Indiana Beach!

3bedroom 1bath living room along w dining room full kitchen and laundry room. 65 ft of water frontage with dock. there is a gas grill along w fire pit on deck with lots of seating. We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
