Beautiful home! The views from the sunroom are 5 star. Looking out at the pool and lake every morning while eating breakfast was super nice. Home was very clean! Used all the amenities. We really made ourselves at home during stay. Quiet, private, and relaxing for the entire family. Stayed four nights and didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed downtown Carrollton. Highly recommend the Brazilian steakhouse. We had to travel to Atlanta a couple of times during our stay. About a 45 minute drive which was nice. Jason was an awesome! Host! Highly recommend! Home was better than expected.

Great place nestled in the county, Our team stayed their for the week and enjoyed the grill, goats, pond and nature.

I’ve stayed there for work twice. Improvement was noticed. Once again she is very accommodating by allowing me to leave clothes and groceries wherever I’ve booked week to week and go home on weekends. I’m staying again 2/3/25. She emptied drawers etc for my personal items. I’m very pleased. The past stay the home was very clean and attempts to improve were well noticed. I would suggest an ironing board and iron along with the previous suggestions of lamps. Will definitely stay again when I travel to the area if available.

My stay here was amazing! The host was very accommodating and answered any questions very quickly! The aesthetics of their home was very peaceful and comfortable for the price. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for a stay! The balcony was so beautiful and the tree in the yard was really nice! The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and stores and restaurants were at convenient distances! I recommend this place and I am very picky about out of town stays!

The host was responsive and helpful. Easy to check in and flexible with our check out time. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Shane is a great host. He is very friendly, helpful with the area, good company to have a conversation with and accommodating. His home is wonderful and perfect for stays. The grounds and area around were great for us and our dog. Plenty of area to take walks. We will definitely be back for future trips.

I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy place for four days, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Comfortable furnishings to the charming decor, added to the sense of peace and comfort. I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or curling up with a book in the evening, it was the perfect setting. The host was also wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, cozy getaway. It was the perfect little retreat!

I really enjoyed my stay. The space is quiet, very large, and beautiful. The host is friendly and helpful. The trails in the woods are a definite plus and i enjoyed my walks. The location is close to all carrollton has to offer. You will enjoy your stay here and wont regret it.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. The property is better than the pictures. Keurig with some pods provided. Fully equipped kitchen, great linens, and a peaceful setting, far back from the road. The unit is clean and bright. The decor is calming and not cluttered. Good price for a holiday stay, and Kerri was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful. She also has a book with relevant information and local places that deliver. Having said that, DoorDash did not have a hard time finding us. Just a hint here and not at all a complaint. Apple Maps does not bring you directly to the address. Use Google maps instead. It brought us right to the driveway with no problem. Apple Maps had us driving back roads that didn’t lead to the address. Kerri warned us that this sometimes happened, so another kudos for that! Would 100% stay again. I probably will, actually. My family lives close by.

This place is like a little diamond in the rough! The location was perfect for our event that was being held at McIntosh Reserve. It was easy it was to find, check in, settle in & just enjoy the peacefulness of the property. It took us less than 5 minutes to get to the big fields in the park & it was a great place to come back and get a good Night's rest. Especially when heavy storm came in!! The washer & dryer was great & I was able to pack all clean clothes to go home. There was coffee, all the things we needed in the kitchen, soap/shampoo in the bathroom, plenty of towels. WiFi was super fast & we were able to watch some shows at night on the streaming channels. I can't say how perfect this little apartment was for me & my daughter. It is a smaller type space so it isn't for a large group or multi family, but perfect for a husband & wife or like me & my daughter. But, the best part of the whole experience for us was Oskar, the yellow lab! We just loved him.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect for our large family—including two small kids who had a great time! The space was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully serene. Several family members spent time fishing on the lake, while others enjoyed relaxing evenings using the owner-provided charcoal grill. We also had a blast playing cornhole out back. The master bedroom on the second floor was beautiful, with an awesome view that really made the stay special. One thing to note: the master suite doesn’t have a traditional door on the bathroom—just a sheer curtain—so be sure to pick your rooms wisely depending on your comfort level. The cabin’s location was also great. It wasn’t quite as secluded as we expected—in a good way! It was convenient to shopping and anything we needed, but still felt very private and tucked away from the world. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

What an incredible stay we had in the most fun and unique place. We enjoyed celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary here. We look forward to coming back for another stay in the future. Possibly Shipwrecked :) You and Polina are incredible hosts. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you, thank you!

Great spot- the lake was gorgeous and the space itself was exactly what we needed for a one night getaway. Loved the screened in porch and the nautical decor. A unique yet comfortable stay!

Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was great! The kids LOVED that we could hear the donkey and wood pecker for a few minutes every morning while sitting on the porch and that they could play in the creek. We had so much fun and will definitely be back! Blake was very responsive with any questions I had and the cabin was super clean! They are great hosts! Highly recommend staying with them!

Nice Quiet Quirky cabin. Well updated, with good fiber internet. In the country & quiet, but convenient to Carrollton, and not far to Douglasville via back roads. Very clean. Would stay again.
