Holiday rentals with a kayak in Carroll County

We wanted a peaceful getaway with our family and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house is beautiful and everything has an extra feature. I also had no problem going up and down the drive in my little 4 door Acura. It's a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains far away from people. I love Arkansas! We will miss it.

Great home and loved hot tub! Washer and dryer a plus as well! everything was perfect and plenty of towels! Walk out to hot tub super nice and it was ready to go up on arrival and refrigerator was cold as well. Easy wifi access, we walked out to a Creek also very pretty. Our first day at a Airbnb and it was amazing! FYI their is a momma bird in the bean bag toss and she has eggs. We let her be because she is just trying to protect her babies. Dart board super fun with teen boys! Overall it was awesome stay and I recommend to anyone going out that way! We had amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, for its privacy, tranquility and access to the lake. The availability of kayaks and paddleboards was a big plus! The house is spacious and comfortable. The huge deck also extends the living space.

I can say I really felt at home away from home at Karen’s Maisonette! Extremely clean, very private, and a great host made my stay feel more inviting that I could’ve asked for. Extremely accommodating, with great recommendations for things to do around town and I location that was hard to beat, I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to spend a weekend in Eureka Springs!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable, lots of space and lots of amenities. It was absolutely spotless. The view is beautiful but it is a quite a chore to actually get to the water. The only path to the bank is on the far edge of the property and very steep and uneven. But if you just want to sit on a nice deck and look at the lovely scenery it's perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is spectacular! What a relaxing weekend away! Can’t wait to come back and stay in another cabin.

The views! We loved staying at the cabin. Sitting on the deck, looking at the river and watching the stars at night, it was perfect!

The view at this cabin is absolutely worth the stay, especially if you’re wanting away from town and crowds. You get a wonderful view of the hills at sunset from your porch, and there’s a lovely swing. The place was clean and comfortable and has everything you need, the hosts made everything very clear and easy and there’s a binder and notebooks from other lodgers with recommendations for the area. It’s somewhat close to other properties but very peaceful and private. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool but they look beautiful! With such a great view as well. The drive to town is not very long or difficult. There are two dogs that wander around who are very friendly. The horseback riding on the same property was so easy and fun, you must give it a try if you stay here. The woman who manages the horses was incredibly kind and gave us a great experience, Highly recommend.

The Dawg House was awesome and Fatima was an excellent host and very responsive. Fully fenced in yard as advertised was a huge plus allowing us bring our dog on vacation! The balcony is epic: it's huge and fully covered, includes comfortable chairs, a dining table, and a big ceiling fan, feels very private and surrounded by nature with a decent view of the lake through the trees, and the hot tub was all ready and up to temp when we arrived. The lake access point is just steps below the yard; easy access for swimming and the provided kayaks. Kayaking was the highlight of the trip for me, this part of Beaver Lake has limited lakefront properties so kayaking in some spots is incredibly serene and isolated. We went into Eureka Springs twice during our stay and loved it; the town was roughly 20 minutes away and not the easiest drive if it's dark, but it was well worth it to be in a remote spot. Fatima's place was perfect and provided us with a much needed peaceful retreat!

Great place to stay on Beaver Lake. Plenty of space indoors for larger group and the outdoor areas were perfect! We loved sitting on the large covered porch in the mornings and enjoyed the hot tub and deck area as well. Excellent hosts- house and grounds had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. Would love to stay again sometime soon!

This cabin is nestled off the white river and about 10 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. There 2 other cabins on the property, but there’s enough distance for privacy, and everyone can enjoy the water and out door extras. It was raining during our stay but that made the stay more cozy, we drank coffee on the porch and by the river. The host was easy to get a hold of and we had all we needed for our visit. We have found our go to spot for our next family getaway! The views were incredible, and great for beginner and outdoor adventurers.

Within 15 minutes of historic Downtown, nice balcony, convenient parking. I especially loved the balcony all though i wish there was an oven. The rooms were plenty spacious for our needs and the bathroom was nice and clean.
