Very tidy and clean house. Cinzia was super responsive with messaging and check in was very easy. Close to many great hikes in the area. Would recommend!

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Wonderful stay, at Carlo and Sandra's. The apartment was impeccable, spacious and very pleasant. Perfect location for visiting the golf course of paradise. Sandra gave us perfect advice on activities and restaurants. I would highly recommend it

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

Very nice accommodation in a very central location, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The interior is clean, tidy and welcoming, with everything you need for a longer stay (unfortunately we only stayed a few days). The area is full of clubs, restaurants and very convenient for those who want to travel by train or bus. Our host was always helpful and kind. The only small aspect to take into account is the night noise, but it is completely normal if you choose such a lively and central area. Overall, a super positive experience, highly recommended!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located inside a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the very kind service of the host. Upon arrival, we found her mother to be very nice and kind, and she also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also go on beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few km away to visit the Cinque Terre.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful historic apartment in Genoa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, close to everything. The space is elegant and full of character, with stunning details like frescoed ceilings and a marble fireplace. It was spotless and incredibly well cared for. Silvia was such a kind and thoughtful host, her warm welcome made us feel right at home. It was the perfect romantic getaway for my boyfriend and me. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was really well equipped and everything else was perfect for us. Ornela was incredibly nice and always available. The entire process was very straightforward. The only thing we noticed that was somewhat negative was the noise from the main street and the adjacent construction site when you spent the day comfortably on the terrace. For us, however, as I said, only a small point, since we were on the road a lot during the day. We felt very comfortable in Quinto! All the people were very nice and above all super dog-friendly.

Great apartment with great location and cozy roof terrace. Kitchen is super equipped. The elevator was helpful (5th floor apartment) and we were lucky to have found a free parking spot just down the street. Communication with the host was excellent. The awning on the roof terrace didn't work, so someone was quickly sent to look at the issue. Overall a great experience!
