Stone house chalet surrounded by nature, on top of the hill at 1020 m.a.s.l. Breathtaking panoramic scenery with views of forests and valleys. Quiet, nature and a starry sky are what make this place special. Restoration completed in 2020. Possibility of using an additional outdoor kitchen with wood-burning oven (to bake pizza/bread) and the laundry room. Independent driveway to the front of the house with free parking. Electric cars can be charged if required.

The house has been developed with two floors. Ground floor living area, on the first floor sleeping area. Ground floor consisting of a large open space living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace and wood-burning stove. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a 4 single beds, plus, possibly, a cot. There are 2 toilets, one per floor, with bathtub or shower. The house is simple but attention to detail

Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone cottage. To get to the house there is a narrow uphill road not suitable for low-riding cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. Completing the whole is Tuscan decor with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
