Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caroline Springs

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Mel’s place was exactly what we were looking for, it is in a fantastic location within walking distance to sensational restaurants, bars and dessert places. We also easily got the tram to the city. The apartment itself had gorgeous views of Melbourne, was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including extra towels and complimentary biccies. Thank you for being a fabulous host Mel, right from even before we got there. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough!

Wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Clean and spacious, comfy beds and the host really has thought of everything! Nice walk to cafes, parks, trams and buses. Not too long into the city and surrounding attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

“Comfort, Quality, and a Great Host!” I had a fantastic 3-night stay at John’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were super comfy, and the quality linen made it feel like a luxury stay. I also really appreciated the lovely complimentary touches like facial masks and other thoughtful amenities—it’s the little things that made the stay extra special. What an incredible home. The external view from the house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
