This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

Howard and Lorraine were the best hosts I’ve ever had in my time on airbnb. Howard was extremely helpful in terms of providing us with recommendations, directions, and everything else we needed during our stay. “Sara’s place” is stunning. Beautiful views, relaxing, and well kept. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Howard and Lorraine for an amazing stay. Thank you for your flexibility and hospitality!

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I have to say that Chana is the best host I have ever dealt with. We were stuck out of the apartment due to a bad door lock system but immediately I contacted Chana (host) she was there in less than 5 minute to help and got us back in the apartment. While waiting to get in, she gave us coupons for the bar in lobby which we really enjoyed!!! Thank you. The location was great, close to a lot in area like restaurants, beach and pharmacy. Location felt safe with the security always being attentive of who comes and goes. Location is also close driving distance to T-Mobile distric, old San Juan, and Condado. Thank you Chana for a great experience. I will definitely come back when I visit PR again!!!

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing and location was great. The place itself was beautiful and exactly how it looked in the pictures. We would definitely book here again in future! Overall amazing experience!

Loved the place. Didn’t want to leave. Want to come back many other times ! Our host was always friendly and easily to communicate. Very nice person. Place was neat, perfect, peaceful, beautiful. The apartment offers a lot of games, that we enjoyed as family many times during the stay. My daughter was received with balloons greetings for her birthday. They make your stay feel special. 100% recommend this place. The pools are super clean, and awesome. The beach is beautiful and clear water. Take the opportunity to visit their Airbnb. Promise you will never regret ! 🤞🏼✨⭐️

It was a great place in between two beaches! Extremely close to everything! Overall a great location and very safe! Would definitely recommend :)

Our third visit to PR was perfect. We’ve rented an Airbnb room at this location twice prior to booking with Irving and were satisfied but it was booked. A bit hesitant booking a different room but took a chance. Prior to our trip, Irving informed us that there is a possibility the room that was advertised may not be available because they were being used to house earthquake victims which we sympathized and understood. He offered other rooms that were not yet remodeled. He sent pictures and we were okay with it. When we arrived And checked in we ended up getting the room that was advertised. It was excellent. We had a view of the pool, coconut trees and beach. We are looking forward to our next trip to PR!!!!!

Nelson was incredibly helpful. Our flight got pushed back from morning to the middle of the night. We needed a quick and affordable place to stay with our stuff for the addition 12 hours we where in country! Nelson allows the earliest check in around and was very accommodating both to the people who where leaving and us coming in. They still had to do some cleaning when we arrived but we where able to drop our bags and Nelson recommended the most amazing food at bistro cafe just a short 5 min walk. 10/10. It can be a little loud with the neighbors, but it feels very much like the authentic experience and the price might be the most affordable on the island!

Lulu was amazing, very responsive and always willing to help. The place itself was perfect, it was walking distance to the beach.

Came for NYE weekend and was so happy with the room and location. Right around the corner from the beach, and we could see fireworks from the balcony (extra perk). Will be coming back again soon!
