I wishes the swimming pool was actually a pool and also not located in a different building I think not all the photos are from here and possibly a bit misleading

An absolutely beautiful location! Surrounded by nature and the sounds of the Coqui that we came to love. Beautiful hiking opportunities that I highly recommend you take. Matthew is very friendly and helpful. This is not a luxurious place but it is clean and felt perfect for the environment. We will be back! Warning, the road up the mountain to the place is a bit narrow and full of potholes and blind corners, take your time.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

This was a cute place in the middle of old San Juan. no surprises, very well laid out. Definitely recomend the food at the terrace café. Will come back Definitely.

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

Place was quiet clean and affordable. Staff was also helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again

Airbnb/hotel very nice and close to the beach and the airport. There are places to eat within walking distance and everything is close by on Uber.

Great location. Place was homey, and the tenant ( Carlos ) that we encounter was very kind , nothing but the best! I recommend this area because there’s lots of things to do. Beach was beautiful as well. Definitely coming back!

This hostel is the first I’ve stayed at and it well exceeded my expectations! It was a five minute walk to the beach, near a 24-hour supermax, within walking distance to a deli/bakery, a coffee place, a brunch restaurant, 24hr arepas, about 10 minute drive from the airport, and 15 minute drive from old san juan. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. It is also very easy to socialize here, the hostel has a group chat people can join to stay connected to others staying at the hostel. The pool and outside area were also very nice. On days it rained, we stayed at the pool so it didn’t feel like we wasted days. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Maria was an excellent host. I had a little issue checking in and she immediately called to help. The location is great! Lots of restaurant nearby. The pool is not available but you're right on the beach. The place could use some updates and new linens but, overall, it was a good stay.

Love everything about it, especially the fact that it's only 5 minutes away from the airport. Just wished all the bathrooms had water heaters and mirrors.

Loved the esthetics of this place. The rain wouldn’t let up, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the property amenities, but the overall stay was comfortable. Thank you !!!!
