Family-friendly holiday rentals in Carolina

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

My wife, 2 teenagers, and I enjoyed staying at Cathy’s place. The balcony apartments at Aquatika are great! And the best part is that the apartment is very close to the pools and private beach. I would recommend staying.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

My sister lived her visit here when her daughter was a newborn 9 years ago. It’s now upgraded a outdoor hot tub with a fantastic view of the Atlantic from it’s perch on the foothills of Puerto Rico’s beautiful Yunque rain forest. We even did a night hike in nearby El Yunque National Park!This is a place of calm, peace, and nature. Beautiful and restorative. We really enjoyed our time here!

Tuvimos una estadía fantástica, la casa muy cómoda y las camas se llevan el crédito Dios mío que cómodas y las sábanas y toallas impecables, no extrañe mi cama en ningún momento y siempre salgo extrañando mi cama 🤣🤣 el entorno tranquilo y privado, gracias a Elisa también muy atenta sin duda alguna volveré a hospedarme con ella cuando regrese a PR una estadía sin desperdicio!

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

Nice studio with a great view of the beach. Magdalena and Adriana were amazing and accommodating. My daughter and I were very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Great location with market across the street. Also walking distance to a few restaurants.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

We had an amazing time at Carlos's Airbnb, the dock was amazing to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the boats and jet skis go by. He responded quickly and when we had an issue with the drain he sent his friend right over to help. The area has amazing kiosks and is very peaceful, Ubers were accessible and not too expensive to get where we needed to go. We highly recommend this spot especially for a romantic get away with your significant other. We will definitely be back to this spot, thank you Carlos for an amazing stay ❤️

It was worth it ! Found it last minute and it was a great deal! It was absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach. A quick walk across the bridge and restaurants all nearby. It was a cute and quaint place . I’m definetly coming back and staying here !

Melba’s place was exactly as in the pictures. She was a great host and provided everything necessary for a long stay. Check-in instructions were clear and precise and I was allowed to check in a bit earlier. I was in the apartment for a 6 week stay and I felt right at home. Handyman came to fix something and he was very amicable and respectful. The security were also very kind and friendly. The beach was only a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and plenty of night spots opened till late. The pharmacy Caridad is down the street and you can find all sorts of necessities and they are also fully stocked on liquor and beer. The 24 hour supermarket is conveniently located around the back part of the same block and there is a shopping cart in the apartment for your convenience. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! I loved the location with the exception of hearing airplanes from time to time. The atmosphere was perfect and just the tranquil space I needed. John helped me plan my vacation from car rental to tips and information on what and when to see it. Superb!

After being stranded and having no place to go on our first day at Puerto Rico, Luis came to our rescue with his beautiful airbnb. We were right in the center of everything, food, Walgreens, the beach, and gas stations. I feel like we got the best view of all, with a very comfortable and welcoming balcony.

This place was super close to the beach and all the restaurants & bars. It looked just like the photos and had all the listed amenities. The shower had hot running water. The host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Great stay in PR!

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

Great place to stay! Mix of residents and short term rentals. Short walk to the beach, restaurants surround the building, and easy access to busses (usually off schedule though) going to airport, old San Juan, and less crowded beaches to the east. Some nightlife about a half mile west is also busy, even during week nights. Very easy self check in and check out.

From booking to check out, Ami was AMAZING with accommodations, recommendations, and just the perfect host! So friendly and welcoming and the place was immaculate and perfect for us! We loved being in the middle of everything from late fast food, nice sit down cafes and restaurants, music, drinks and city nightlife to peaceful respite at the back side of the condo with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views of the island and easy beach access. Clear, concise instructions allowed for ease of arrival and parking for our week long trip with car rental. We felt very safe at this location and the condo itself was fully stocked with linens and towels and everything you need for the beach including a cooler and we were greeted by a bottle of bubbly… we will most definitely return. We felt like home away from home at this our very first trip to Puerto Rico! Loved every minute!

A very fine apartment to stay at if you’re looking to visit San Juan. Short Uber away from the town and the apartment is right on the beach. The room itself was perfect. There one a small leak in the bedroom due to the rain during my visit. It was not enough to ruin my experience in any way. I mentioned the problem to our host and he responded immediately offering to help reduce the problem that same day. Great place to stay would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!
