We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

This condo was a delight! It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely fantastic, offering easy access to everything we wanted to do. The highlight, though, was definitely the beautiful pool and the direct beach access right through the pool area. It made going for a swim in either the pool or the ocean incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

My fiancé and I stayed here for my little birthday getaway and it was absolutely perfect! From the communication of the Airbnb unit owner, to the actual place itself. Everything was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed. Don’t judge the place on the outside, the unit was modern and clean, the building was safe and really secured. The best part for my fiancé and I? The building backed out onto the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay here.

We had an amazing time at Carlos's Airbnb, the dock was amazing to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the boats and jet skis go by. He responded quickly and when we had an issue with the drain he sent his friend right over to help. The area has amazing kiosks and is very peaceful, Ubers were accessible and not too expensive to get where we needed to go. We highly recommend this spot especially for a romantic get away with your significant other. We will definitely be back to this spot, thank you Carlos for an amazing stay ❤️

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

Great experience in this beautiful condo on Isla Verde Beach! Everything was exactly as described, if not better! Great location, easy to navigate to restaurants and convenience stores. Felt safe and comfortable in the Coral Beach Towers. Very family friendly with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Highly recommend this host and location, as we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

John’s place was breathtaking. The pictures did not do it justice. It was a little hard to find, but absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The little treat basket and coffee supplied was so thoughtful and appreciated.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Francisco place was amazing the place was super comfortable for our family, the view from the balcony is stunning. The area is close to everything. Definitely will recommend the place.

Small cute studio, perfect for a couple. Restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store were all walking distance. The beach is right around the corner. The beach chairs were so convenient. Airport was literally 6 min. Away.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

Highly recommend staying here, Gabriel was a great host and replied quickly with any questions and even gave us recommendations on where to eat. Location was absolutely perfect as our backyard was literally Isla Verde. Will definitely come again hopefully

It was a relaxing home base for our family. And excellent communication and responsiveness. While the building itself is a bit dated and in need of upkeep, the unit stands out as well-maintained and nicely updated. A couple of suggestions for future improvement: adding a proper door between the master bedroom and bathroom for more privacy, and replacing the shower heads. Otherwise, everything was great for a solid beachfront stay in Isla Verde with a million dollar view.

Kiley is an excellent host. She has truly thought of everything you could need or want at an airbnb. Her communication is excellent. My husband and I had a rough start to our trip at another airbnb, and Kiley did what she could to make our stay more relaxed and comfortable. Her guidebook is so helpful! Her place is spotless and honestly smells so peaches. everything was impeccably clean and in pristine condition. She put a lot of time and effort into dedicated this airbnb to her beloved pup, Peaches, and it shows. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Peter and Jaylee’s place for your PR visit. As a first timer, I was very skeptical about every place I looked at; however, they surpassed all expectations. The location/space felt safe and was convenient since it was located near everything we needed—airport, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. All while also being close to most attractions—La Placita, Condado Beach, Viejo San Juan. I cannot thank them enough for their quick responses to all questions I had.
