Modern studio!! “Only 7 minutes from airport”!!!

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more) and a great cup of coffee to start your day. Parking is in inside the house not in the street!!

Beautiful apartment recently renovated, the apartment is located in a middle-class residential area in front of the Luis Munoz Marin airport, on the second floor of a four-apartment building that has access by stair, is decorated in a modern style, lovely balcony that has a beautiful balcony, is located 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Isla verde beaches and 15 minutes from old San Juan. Self check -in with the lockbox Check in 4:00pm- check out 11am.

Miguel was very communicative and attentive during our stay. The place is well maintained, clean, and looks just like the photos. The view is stunning!! The building has direct access to the beach, and Miguel provides beach chairs and towels. There's also dedicated guest parking, which is a plus since you don't have to pay for private parking. The only thing we had a little difficulty with was adjusting the sink water temperature; it always came out hot. Miguel told me they were working on the situation. Everything else was spectacular. I recommend it 100%. Thank you, Miguel!!!
