My family and I stayed at Mike’s place during our visit to PR. It was so clean and organized. Mike had everything needed for a comfortable stay. He had beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler so we could carry them to Isla de Verde beach to enjoy the scenic ocean view. Isla de Verde was a 15mins walk from the apartment. Prior to our arrival, Mike had shared his recommendation for activities and places to visit in Puerto Rico which we leveraged when building our itinerary. The apartment complex that Mike’s place is located in was so beautiful; they had 2pools and a gym and the location is a 10 mins drive from the airport and in close proximity to old San Juan and the local hotspots if driving or using an uber. This trip was so amazing and that’s because after a day full of activities, we had a wonderful place to lay our heads (a home away from home). Thank you so much Mike! Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

absolutely loved staying at Lulu’s place! it was exactly as described and felt very safe. I would recommend it to anyone and would return my next time in puerto rico!!

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

It was a relaxing home base for our family. And excellent communication and responsiveness. While the building itself is a bit dated and in need of upkeep, the unit stands out as well-maintained and nicely updated. A couple of suggestions for future improvement: adding a proper door between the master bedroom and bathroom for more privacy, and replacing the shower heads. Otherwise, everything was great for a solid beachfront stay in Isla Verde with a million dollar view.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Gorgeous building! & stunning unit! When I say this place is so extremely safe…. No one is getting in that isn’t supposed to be there! Never felt unsafe at all! Even walking in the area after dark to some fantastic nearby restaurants! It took us until the 2nd day to realize we had not been locking the door when we left, we thought it locked automatically, and there were no problems! (Push the button at bottom of keypad to lock it when leaving) Loved the huge full length mirrors! Very spacious! It was just 2 of us this trip but a larger group would have been very comfortable! Great location! Close to nearby sights, beaches, restaurants, night life! Exceptionally clean! Smelled clean & fresh every time we entered! The full size washer/dryer were super nice! As well as the dishwasher bc no one wants to do dishes on vaca! Elevators are very fast, and prompt when called for! Gorgeous views as well! Thank u! We will happily stay again!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as described! Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view! It was clean and location was perfect to move around either walking or Uber. There are plenty of towels but you do need to bring soap/body wash, shampoo and any other shower essentials.

Great place to stay for your trip in PR. Close to all the great spots and Pat left great recommendations to try as well. She was very responsive, the space was clean and views were amazing!

We loved Ben’s condo. The view was amazing and it included all of the amenities that we needed for the beach. The washer and dryer in the unit were critical. We went on many excursions and needed to wash our clothes. The unit is on the 19th floor but we never waited more than a few minutes for the elevator. The second elevator was being updated. Construction was being done on the unit above but it mostly was done during the day while we’re out.

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

The location of this Airbnb was amazing!! Cheap Ubers and places to walk! Literal steps from the beautiful beach as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Puerto Rico!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

My friends and I had an amazing time! Roy is a nice and responsive host who made us feel very welcomed. The backyard has a beautiful lake with amazing out door seating. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the home and definitely will be back!
