Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

Francisco place was amazing the place was super comfortable for our family, the view from the balcony is stunning. The area is close to everything. Definitely will recommend the place.

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

Iván nos sorprendió con unos detalles sorpresas por el cumpleaños de mi hijo. Detalles que marcaron la diferencia, definitivamente nos sorprendió grandemente. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. Cocina bien equipada, habitación amplia y cómoda, entre otros. La ubicación es perfecta para caminar y disfrutar de los paisajes y mejores restaurantes de Isla Verde. Pronto regresaremos!

Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

10/10! Thank you pedro for welcoming us into your beautiful home! Everything was perfect just like the photos. Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

Ricardo was super responsive and a super host! He waited and met my boyfriend and I outside right when we arrived and gave us easy instructions to get in/ as well as during check out. The view was beautiful and it was soothing to hear the waves at night while falling asleep. We were here during a 31 hour power outage in the Airbnb during PR’s island blackout. Luckily the elevator and utility room were working for us to still access the airbnb/ charge our phones and we made the most of it while sleeping with the windows open to cool the room with the ocean breeze. Ricardo made sure to check in periodically with updates and make sure we were okay. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels available in the closet for beach use which came in super handy. I would definitely stay here again if ever in PR. You can’t beat the amazing view!

Carmen was VERY ATTENTIVE ! Myself and my husband absolutely loved the scenery! The beach was lovely and having it 2 min from our location was superb! Also there was a little conflict and Carmen immediately offered a full refund which I declined and instead asked for an amount to be taken off of full amount which Carmen was quick to agree to ! I again loved our stay and anytime we are in PR and this unit is available we will absolutely book here again !

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

This spot is a gem! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be on a beautiful beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as described - extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! Traveling solo I felt very safe here with the building being behind locked gates and the building itself also being locked. When going to the beach, I would recommend going to the left when you first go out the gate on to the beach and then keep walking for a bit. You will find a beautiful area with calm waters due to lots of rocks being further out blocking the waves. I spent the majority of my time here and it seemed that this was the spot lots of locals would spend time at as well. The beach chair/towels provided by Liz were so nice. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay in!! It was very close to the beach which we loved! The place was easy to find and access! Pictures matches description of the Airbnb The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is respectful. The Airbnb is also close to a 24hour grocery store which is super convenient to get snacks and drinks for the stay! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico
