House holiday rentals in Carndonagh

Came to Ireland for a family vacation - 8 adults and a 1 year old. This was our third AirBnb on the trip and cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! So much history but with modern amenities. It was the best part of our trip. Went on many walks - over to the castle and to Harvey's Point stopping at the Famine Pot and seeing great views of the lake & farm animals along the way. Stayed three nights and used the pool/pond and sauna every day. The dining & living rooms were really spacious. We cooked all of our meals - the kitchen is a great set up with loads of dishes and anything you could need. The butcher in town had a great selection. Musical instruments were a huge bonus. It was quite warm for May so we didn't have a chance to have any fires - but the fireplaces would be wonderful for cool nights. There is also the 'wagon' which has a double bed, small kitchen and seating area and an adjacent full bathroom available. Rose was always a message away and super helpful. Loved it!

We were astonished by this place. The house is so deceiving from the front but once you enter it’s completely modern with an en-suite in every single bedroom, you would swear you were staying in the hotel itself. The rooms were spotless and the staff on site were absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back here again soon and will be recommending this place to everyone who is looking for a staycation. Thanks again for a great night away.

An unforgettable retreat with breathtaking views of sloping hillsides and the lough in the distance. The house is designed to showcase the scenery, with huge windows throughout that flood the space with light and offer stunning vistas from every room. The pool is large enough for both exercise and fun, and the outdoor wood-fired hot tub is a perfect way to unwind while enjoying the scenery and smell of wood fire. Inside, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to cook and entertain. Luxury linens and comfortable furnishings make every moment indoors feel indulgent. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a space that’s both stylish and deeply relaxing. A perfect escape — peaceful, beautiful, and hard to leave. We can’t wait to come back.

This home is worth any price they ask! The magnificent view made us want to simply sit at the huge window and watch the days go by. But there were many other things to do in the area. Meeting the host was an enjoyable experience. Every possible convenience was available. The bedding was comfortable and exactly as described. We fully intend to go back again.

We had the best stay! Highly recommend booking here, it was fab! The house is great and the back garden is huge! Loads for the kids to entertain themselves outside and inside. Location is excellent to beaches, park and shops. There wasn't one thing Lydia left out in the information email and it was very helpful. The house really feels like a home from home and we can not wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4 plus partners, baby and dogs celebrating our dad’s 60th birthday. The house was clean, cosy and spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Would definitely come and stay again.

We had an incredible few days in Malin Head at Radharc Banbha. The location exceeded our expectations - it was beyond peaceful and picturesque. We could see waves crashing on the shore and sheep happily wandering around the fields. The local hiking and history were absolutely fantastic, as were the nearby pub and restaurant. We'd wanted to give our kids a feel for the Irish countryside, and Radharc Banbha delivered that in a most magical way. Geraldine was easy to coordinate with and left lovely touches to welcome us. We wound up arriving very late, and Geraldine wonderfully offered us a late checkout to offset that when we were leaving, which was really appreciated as no one wanted to leave this perfect spot!! We felt at home immediately and everyone wants to go back again soon.

Booked for family who were visiting Derry. Kids had a great time and views were lovely , house was clean and modern. Would stay again

Our trip was heavy on the golf so the house was a superb base - 15 minutes walk to the course or into town the other way - and after 36 holes a day the house was a beautiful place to relax for the evening. Comfortable, well equipped, spacious and views of the sunset in the west sensational!

We had a great stay at Denise’s hideaway near Culdaff. While the weather wasn’t on our side, this house provided us a quiet sanctuary for a New Year’s break. House was spacious yet cosy and a short walk/drive from a lovely beach and pub

Great place for anyone looking at the main attractions in North Donegal. Culdaff Beach, Malin, Dunree, Moville and Carndonagh all very accessible

The house was gorgeous and very spacious! It was very clean, well equipped, and had so many appliances, crockery, and serving dishes. I was in touch with Alexandra and she was soo responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back here if I find myself in Donegal

We had a great few nights away in Laura's and John's stunning home. We have house envy lol. So quite and chilled there. With the best beaches in the country only a short drive away. Close to Buncrana as well if it's coffees and stout your looking.

Our favourite Airbnb! Spotlessly clean and such a beautiful cosy home, decorated to a high standard with everything you need. Very convenient to the train and beach in a relaxing quiet location. Lots of beach and woodland walks nearby - especially recommend The Black Glen and Downhill Demesne . We loved every minute and we’ll be back!😊

The cottage was in a beautiful spot, lovely view looking out onto the river, the house was very comfortable & clean. Emma was very helpful & replied to any queries straight away. We also left something at the cottage which she kindly dropped off at our relations house after we left. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to other people

Even better than we had imagined! We stay at a lot of AirB&Bs and this is right at the top. The pictures can't fully capture the inviting, peaceful decor and sweeping views of the landscape and ocean from every floor. Our family of four stayed for 2 nights and we were all sad to leave. Caroline was very responsive and helpful. She sent video clips and pictures of the house prior to check in so that we found it easily, knew where to park and how to get in. She even provided food that we really appreciated for breakfast and snacks. We certainly didn't expect this level of hospitality. You won't find a better host. The house is an easy drive to Bushmills Distillery, Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede, as well as other sites in the area. We highly recommend Maegden's in Bushmills. The gourmet grilled cheese is amazing! If you are traveling to the area, look no further for a place to stay. You'll be glad you did!!
