We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rule

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
