Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carloforte

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, a spider or a cat enter the terrace? Yes, but that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the coverage is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very kind and responds quickly to questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

Pleasant quiet house with covered terrace on a very large plot. Through the trees it was possible to find both sun and shade at the house. The house is tastefully furnished and remains pleasantly cool even at high temperatures (07.-21 June). Beaches are (depending on destination) reachable by car in 5 - 20 min. Well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant wind at this time of year. Everything is great and as described.

House equipped with all the comforts, well equipped, in a very quiet area a 6-minute drive from Carloforte and a 10-15 minute drive from the most beautiful beaches. It would be nice to predict the availability of a BBQ in the future. Unique flaw: the delay in check-in due to previous occupants

Magnificent view from terrace and living room/kitchen (glass doors that make the whole panorama visible). We had cold weather in April and were also able to enjoy the magnificent view indoors at the table. Without a car maybe a bit difficult because the high place has steep coast and no private beach. Great for trips to the beautiful and interesting surroundings.

It was a very positive and beautiful experience, above all thanks to the location of the property located in the center of the village. The apartment is very comfortable, functional, practical and clean, equipped with all the amenities listed on the site. The island's beaches are truly beautiful, reachable in 30 minutes max, with enchanting and unique views. Daniela was very kind, reserved and always available, recommending restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We will definitely come back to benefit from the tranquility and friendliness received from the islanders in these three weeks spent in Sant'Antioco. Thanks again Daniela

Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Beautiful and well-kept, rural accommodation with enough space. Swimming pool with great views of the mountains. Francesco is very communicative and helpful and is always available for any questions. Daily recommendations can also be obtained from him. The property and especially the kitchen contains everything you need.

the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

Claudia's stay was impeccable. Hosts were very helpful in accommodating my alteration requests, due to last-minute incidents. I recommend anyone who wants to discover Sant 'Antioco to stay here! Also, in the house there is a bulletin board with various proposals for activities to do on site (a very welcome idea)! The veranda is very comfortable and well-maintained!

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

We had a great stay at Angelo and Giovanna's apartment!! The apartment is nicely decorated, with a great large terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the evening sunsets. From the apartment you can quickly reach the beach and the area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. The contact with Angelo and Giovanna was great. They always responded very quickly and were super accommodating. The only thing we missed were a few kitchen items (there is no stove, only a single hotplate, bowls) But for the few days it was fine.

Vanessa has always been very responsive. His recommendations for visiting Sant Antioco were much appreciated. The accommodation is conveniently located in the center. Thanks for your hospitality!

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.
