We had a lovely night at Farrah’s place! The home is so cute and cozy. Farrah was extremely responsive and so, so helpful. We ended up with a flat tire while traveling, and she worked with us and was so flexible with our check-out so we had time to find a local garage to put on a new tire for us. We were so appreciative!! And we felt so at home while we were in the house- it’s got everything you might need and is decorated and lovely. The only thing we missed was not having a fully fenced yard for the dogs- I was expecting this based on the listed amenities. But there is a nice sized back yard and small front and side yards to walk the dogs around in, so it all worked out. The house also has lovely covered porches on all sides that would be so nice to sit out on! We didn’t get the chance, but they looked very inviting.

This was by far one of the nicer places we have stayed at. Clean, everything you could need and a beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely book again!!!

We had a great stay as a family of 4! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was as described and immaculate when we got there. We were looking for a nice quiet place to relax and rest, and this Airbnb hit the mark. We will go back again if we ever need a place to stay in the area.

A beautiful house, top quality furnishings, lots of space, absolutely spectacular scenery

Beautiful apartment with special ambience. Quiet environment a short distance from the city center and walking trails. The perfect neighborhood in Fredericton!

Nick and Michelle are an exceptionally hospitable and generous couple who make guests feel very welcomed. The home is private and rustic but very clean. Nick and Michelle are extremely responsive and willing to accommodate as much or as little involvement in their daily farm lives as you wish. Being present during the goats’ kidding season was incredibly special and I helped with the care of six newborn goats. I hope to return someday.

Great spot second time there

Great location in downtown Fredericton - tons of parking space too. Good value vs hotels if you need the extra space - lots of beds here for everyone! Definitely suggest bringing earplugs though - the window AC units in the rooms are loud (not heatpumps), and there was outside noise after bar close each night (unavoidable given the area though).

The home is beautiful, lots of history. We enjoyed our stay, owners lived on site and were friendly. Lots of room, comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend if visiting Fredericton.

Immediately felt like our home away from home. No oven but we didn’t need it! There is a portable hot plate, crock pot, toaster oven, rice cooker, and microwave. Super comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Easy walk to the river and downtown. Grocery very close by. Very responsive kind hosts. And we loved being able to have our grand-dog at the suite. We will definitely be back.

We had another great stay at Jessica's place. The space is beautiful, clean, convenient to everything, and Jessica is an excellent and very responsive host. I would highly recommend staying at her place. Thank you, Jessica! We'll definitely be back again!

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

This is our second visit—because our 1st was perfect! Super easy to find, easy checkin, great communication. Super walkable to the Market Square, where the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday mornings, the Co-op, and our favorite restaurant The Vault. We’ll stay again for sure! The kitchen is big and well stocked, couch has tons of room, big clean bathroom. The bed is probably the most comfy of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! House also had A/C in the bedroom and living room, and several fans if needed. We love this house!

In Fredericton for my son’s graduation! Loved the location, the walking trails were amazing for my dogs. I only regret not having my bike. The place was well equip to cook and incredibly comfortable! The location is quiet despite how close it is to Union St. I would absolutely recommend this place !
