Treehouse holiday rentals in Caribbean Sea

AMAZING! One of our favorite places we have ever had the pleasure to stay at in Costa Rica and I have been coming to this beautiful country for a decade. The springs are fantastic and well maintained. the property is beautiful and has a great hiking trail loop. I got to see blue Jean strawberry dart frogs too! The treehouse is gorgeous, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen was great and the bed was comfortable. We loved it so much that we spent most of the day on the grounds after we checked out. the cherry on top was being greeted and having a chat with the wonderful owners. Kathy and Bernie and incredible people and I absolutely recommend this gem of a place!

Amazing!! Great location in a beautiful place. Stunning stay. It was so amazing to hear the sounds of the jungle while being in the villa. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Few ants located inside. Would 1000% recommend staying here!

We had the best time staying at David’s place! He was so responsive and accommodating. We felt so welcomed and loved our little jungle oasis 🩵 We would recommend David’s place to everyone looking for a private and hospitable home!!

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and the jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous- beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew!), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the experience overall was amazing. We highly recommend!

Wir waren für zwei nächste im April bei Jan. Es war der reinste Wahnsinn- mitten im Dschungel, ohne Fenster und nur mit einem Moskitonetz schlafen ist was anderes. Man darf keine Angst vor den Tieren haben und man muss versuchen sich darauf einzulassen ☺️. Auch die kleine Angst nach der ersten Nacht ( da die Affen schon ziemlich nah waren) hat Jan uns genommen und vieles über die Natur und Tiere erzählt. Man kann sogar Dschungel Touren direkt mit ihm unternehmen. Für den Weg zur Unterkunft sollte man jedoch festes Schuhwerk bzw. bei Regen mit Profil dabei haben oder man zieht die vor Ort Gummi Stiefel an wie ich :) Vielen Dank an Jan und seine Familie- es war ein Abenteuer welches wir nie wieder vergessen werden!

The tree house was everything I would expect from Costa Rica, no detail was spared. This was an ethereal place that was a perfect distance between both montezuma and Santa Teresa. It was easy to get into town, but also beautiful enough to spend the evening in—watching the storms! When I make my way back to the Nicoya peninsula I will 100% come back to this place

While finding the location was a bit of a challenge , Gladys did make herself accessible to assist me. She was very kind and welcoming, sending me local restaurants and many other helpful tips about Tamarindo. The house was absolutely gorgeous !!! Highly recommend !

My wife and I absolutely loved Christy & Walter's Airbnb. It was absolutely perfect. Host's were very responsive to questions and provided many suggestions for various questions. The Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The locals were friendly and provided many recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 36th anniversary. This Airbnb checked all the boxes we were looking for. Best of Airbnb. We hope to visit some time soon

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Airbnb sehr genossen. Raquel und ihr Mann waren super lieb und freundlich und haben uns Tipps gegeben was wir in der Umgebung machen können. Die Strände in der Nähe waren sehr schön und ruhig. Das Tiny House war richtig toll und man hatte eine super Aussicht. Das Haus was liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Uns war es nur ein bisschen zu warm beim schlafen ohne Klimaanlage, aber sonst war alles perfekt.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Casa Kabil. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans ce magnifique havre de paix. Merci pour toutes vos attentions, votre bienveillance et votre accueil tout au long de notre passage. Ce voyage restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Prenez soin de vous, et à très bientôt. We loved the tiny house! Perfect for our last night in Costa Rica and wish we could have stayed longer. Great view, peaceful setting, very comfortable bedding, nice bathroom and shower, thoughtful amenities. Marco the groundskeeper was super friendly, helpful and kind. Even though our Spanish was only moderate we had no problems. He gave us a ride to town and back for dinner and took us to the airport the next day. Ciudad Colon was nice, I'd skip San Jose and stay there any day. Good places to eat once you get into town (not walkable from the Airbnb though).

An amazing stay with Sarah and Don! We really enjoyed coming back to the place and relax on the deck after a long day at the surrounding beaches. It was very private and in a convenient location. Sarah provided us with all we needed and also greeted us with some muffins (which were amazing!!!!). We really enjoyed the place and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit St Thomas.

We had a blast at Ricky & Lori’s! Ricky was a friendly host! Perfect location in Puerto Viejo, close to all the beaches and restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel like you are in the jungle. Thank you Ricky and Lori!

Selva Minca is a beautiful place to rest and relax. We stayed in the treehouse for two night and soaked up every minute. When talking with other guests, The treehouse is the place to be; the other accommodations are not as comfortable. The free yoga classes were lovely. The other "scheduled" activities were slightly misleading as these you need to pay for. The food lacked flavor and was pretty expensive. We ate up the road and in town. All in all - we would absolutely return. Walking up surrounded by the nature and forest was incredible. Angie, the host, was super! Very helpful, responsive and just a vibrant person! I am looking forward to my return to the treehouse :)

Het enige dat ik als lastig kan noemen is dat niet overal in Costa Rica nu eenmaal internet is. ik miste daarom de afbeeldingen die Juan stuurde. maar goed, ik ben er gekomen en het was een heel fijne avond en nacht Juan heeft me enorm geholpen bij het krijgen van eten ( bestellen ging goed, maar de bezorger kon het huis niet vinden en zijn Engels en mijn Spaans waren niet goed genoeg om dat op te lossen. een fijne Host, een prachtig huis. aanbevolen.

Rancho Romana was extremely Cozy and comfortable. Definitely for nature lovers. However be prepare to walk a bit when going up to your room. And since its a bit isolated phone signal is going to be poor So I'd recommend downloading offline maps on goolgle maps so that gps may work. Apart from that there are a lot of activities to participate in the nearby area.

The Treehouse was AMAZING! I went with my partner and had such a relaxing time, the bucket shower was refreshing and looking at the sunrise and sunset from the top was a special experience. Saw some awesome animals, plenty of geckos, iguanas and other exotic creatures (Betsy, if you know, you know). A little bit further from town but if you’re renting a motorcycle or other vehicle it’s 5 minutes from the main town. Air conditioning worked well, and the house itself just felt really well built. Definitely one of the most unique stays I’ve ever been in, and somewhere anyone who enjoys a bit of adventure should stay at.

A beautiful and sturdy treehouse, built on three levels around a mango tree. I loved waking up to the birdsong in the morning with an almost 360 degree view over the tree tops and a clear view down to the coast. Sylvia and Bruno gave a warm welcome, including some delicious snacks and a rum punch. This is a great place for remote working, but also a unusual and romatic hideaway for couples. Just take care on the steps between each floors - they are very sturdy but steep - and don't be surprised to find yourself joined in the bathroom by a charming chorus of miniature frogs!

In één woord geweldig, we komen zeker terug en dan met ons dochtertje, iedereen zou zo'n verblijf een keer moeten meemaken!!! 😍
