Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

zaida was an amazing host! we were just there and all of PR lost power for 48 hours. she made sure we had all that we needed, and gave us a credit even though it certainly wasnt her fault. we loved the apartment and location. You can walk to anything and the pharmacy was right across the street that had anything you needed!

Such a beautiful place. It’s hard to find and the road is a bit challenging - definitely need a 4x4, but our little Suzuki rental did fine. The home is amazing, the concierge service was really friendly and efficient, the jungle location was beautiful, and the pool and patio were just the icing on the cake. It felt like a private oasis in the jungle, but just up the road from Manuel Antonio town and not far from the beaches. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely magical! We stayed in the Penthouse through RedAwning on Airbnb and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The decor was stunning—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Close enough to the action to explore with ease, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout moments was receiving a personal call from the owner, Odain, when we arrived. He genuinely wanted to hear our feedback and offered thoughtful, local recommendations that set the tone for a warm and personalized stay. But what truly made our experience exceptional—was Enrique, the local property manager. She is an absolute gem. Attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, Enrique went above and beyond at every turn. She helped us schedule transportation, shared the best food spots. It’s rare to feel so deeply cared for in a rental experience—she made us feel like VIPs, and also like family.

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was exactly as described, it was clean, it was a beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. The location was not bad. We wish there was a coffee shop or other amenities very close by but Akumal Pueblo is only a few minute drive away and we found a very nice little spot in Akumal Pueblo to have our morning coffee with the locals. Overall, it’s a great value for the money if you rent a vehicle. Thank you for the stay.

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

Would rent again!! Beautiful beach condo with so much included . The condo is exactly as described in the listing/ photos. You can tell the hosts care about the space and responded quickly when the lock box didnt work upon arrival! Plenty of towels, kitchenware, charger ports, and places to sit/ sleep. The condo includes locked entrances with a bracelet you wear the whole stay- also gives access to private beach area and 2 beach club restaurants. Awesome food / drinks with reasonable prices. Also plenty to do along the beach between renting water sport activities and various eateries. Close enough to walk to 5th Avenue, restaurants/ coffee, 7/11 across the street, police “station” and uber eats options. No issues with transportation pickup for excursions and taxis available as needed. The gym is better than most hotel gyms and staff is nice as well. Thank you:)

David's place was absolutely amazing. The inside was so clean better than any hotel. Everything was so comfortable very well decorated. I love the views from the window. The most amazing thing is the only thing between the home and the beach is the pool in between. It was a lot closer than anybody has described on his previous descriptions. If you're looking for a place, that's close by the beach and walking distance from everywhere and a nice place to stay David's place is the best.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.
