Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Caribbean Sea

This was the perfect couples getaway. This villa was in the perfect location, close to the airport and about 10-15 mins away from all the hotels and local shops. I would recommend renting a car it's cheaper for sure. Jeffrey was very responsive and let us check in way earlier than planned, he also had drinks in the fridge for us which was so kind of him! We explored all the beaches and Jeffrey had some beach chairs that we could borrow which was great. If I could add something to the villa it would be a full length mirror for those outfit checks :) Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely book again.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

I can’t say enough how lovely this home was. I have never stayed at an Airbnb so well equipped. It had everything we could possibly need and more, and made travel with young kiddos so much easier. Joost provided beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, sand toys, pool toys and so much more. The kitchen had every appliance, pan, utensils you could need, and the place itself was just beautiful with the most beautiful view. This place is a MUST STAY. Thank you Joost for putting so much thought into your place it was truly the most perfect stay.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Casa Santiago! We stayed at Casa Santiago in Aguadilla from May 22 to 26, 2025, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The property is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The home is perfectly located—close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we could relax in the evenings and enjoy the island breeze. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and being readily available if we needed anything. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Casa Santiago exceeded our expectations in every way. Ray’s Penthouse was a terrific spot. The views were fantastic - and you’re adjacent to a great beach, and the ferry to take you to Cozumel & Isla Mujeres. Additionally - you’re directly between Downtown and the Rest of the Hotel Zone, so it’s a 10 minute Uber ($5) in either direction.

Very homey and beautiful! I would 100% recommend for couples who want to just get away and enjoy their time together. Alejandro was an amazing host, he communicated greatly with me about checking in, and also shared an helpful list of places to try and what to do when visiting. I was definitely satisfied with my stay!

Excellent place to go as a couple. Wow, I was impressed with the view View and comfort. Security is impressive given that you are in the middle of two hotels. I suggest this place for all adventurous travelers. We went on a horseback and 4-wheel excursion. It was truly a success.

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

What a pleasure it was to experience San Juan with Paloma’s place as a base camp! There is an enchanted feel to old San Juan and Paloma’s place captures that in her creative and comfortable space. Bed was super comfortable as well. Thanks for helping make our visit special!

This is definitely a hidden oasis worth visiting. Everything was clean and welcoming, it felt so far removed from outside world yet so close to hitting the road and exploring Ponce. Evelyn was very attentive and helpful during our check-in/out process. The outdoor tub was the star of our stay, it's easy to forget where you are relaxing in the space. As others have noted, there is some proximity to the other rooms/ thin walls, but nothing majorly distracting and no loud cars passing by late at night which was a plus. Will be back if ever in Ponce again.

The apartment was very clean and modern, everything was exactly as described and pictured. Great neighborhood, quiet but super close to 5th Ave and close to the beach as well. Kaitlin was by far one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with, she responded to all of our questions no matter what time it was and was always very helpful.

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

This was a great place to stay with beautiful views of the ocean. I would stay here again! They even had a little coffee machine with coffee and mugs available to you. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee by the pool/beach. Thank you for a great experience.

Highly recommend! The place is super cozy and right on the beach in downtown San Pedro. If you’re diving, dive with Amigos Del Mar as they are only steps away from the house and were great. We had a small issue with hot water one night and Dora reached out to the plumber to get it fixed within the hour. Met the housekeeper too, she was SO lovely! Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved the warm welcome We received from Bethany. She gave us some of her recommendations for restaurants, and they were spot on Perfect for us. We absolutely loved the shower and The bathtub on the patio. We used it every day. The whole place was fantastic, and we would highly highly recommend people staying here.

Spyridon was super helpful, friendly and responsive! We had an issue with our apartment that was solved immediately. The place is beautiful, common areas like the pool are really well maintained and the property is stunning. We loved the fact that we had daily housekeeping service included, they did an amazing job and there is nothing like coming back after a long day to a spotless home when you're on vacation! I also noticed that they keep security 24/7 in the property and that made us feel super safe. We felt super taken care of and would definitely come back! :) On a side note, I will advise that you rent a 4x4, the roads in Santa Teresa are really bad and the dirt road leading up to the Airbnb was super steep, muddy and bumpy - a normal car would struggle. On a positive note this place is super close to the main road and the main beaches and tons of restaurants and a supermarket, so you can walk everywhere whilst staying there.
