Villa holiday rentals in Cariati

We were so touched by the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They even made our baby a birthday cake! We felt like we were visiting good friends! The place was immaculate and comfortable and the decor was adorable. We hope to return someday. Our first trip to Crotone was wonderful! Grazie molto!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e 2 compagni pelosi in questa casa in cui si respira il calore della famiglia, è una casa in cui non manca niente, anzi ci hanno fornito di tutto e di più. Gli spazzi interni ed esterni sono ampi e confortevoli, molto vicino ad un bar in cui si può gustare una buona colazione e ottimi panini, a circa 20 minuti di macchina da un mare favoloso. Siamo stati viziati dalla gentilezza e dai buonissimi prodotti dell'orto della vicina. Per persone come noi che veniamo da una grande città, svegliarsi la mattina con il canto del gallo o aprire le finestre e a pochi metri vedere pascolare le mucche non ha prezzo. Questo alloggio è veramente un angolo di relax. Grazie!

Bella casa, migliore che in foto; grande giardino, ottimo per il gioco sicuro del nostro cane e per il nostro relax; vicinissimi al mare limpido, cinque minuti a piedi; spiagge sassose mai affollate; in tre minuti di auto si raggiunge Montegiordano Marina con un bel lungomare, piccoli negozi, persone gentili, tanti cani ben accetti e pulizia elvetica. Sandro ci aveva segnalato che le siepi intorno al giardino potevano non essere sufficienti a “confinare” un cane: in effetti chi viaggia con animali inclini alla fuga, di taglia medio-piccola, potrebbe avere problemi: il nostro Jon, pastore super territoriale, non ha mai neanche pensato di scappare! La vicinanza con la Jonica inoltre rende facilmente raggiungibili molte destinazioni turistiche, da Sibari a Matera, da Metaponto al Pollino.

Soluzione perfetta per un week end in zona con l’auto. Parcheggio interno e facilità di raggiungere le spiagge e il centro. Host fantastici.

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di agosto, l’appartamento molto pulito e accogliente Dista circa 150/200m dalle spiagge attrezzate e 100m dal supermarket. Giuliano è molto disponibile e presente per qualsiasi richiesta! Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno 😊

L'alloggio di Gabriella è una villa piena di storia molto grande ben distribuita ed altrettanto ben arredata. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia con a disposizione tutto il necessario per fare una ottima vacanza in relax e divertimento. Le foto dell'annuncio rendono bene l'idea di cosa si troverà una volta arrivati. Ma l'ospitalità di Gabriella, della sorella e dello staff di gestione è assolutamente encomiabile e cordiale come nella migliore tradizione delle terre di Calabria.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

A delightful and charming couple Maria Francesca and Giovanni. Always there if I needed anything and interesting to talk to also . It is a lovely location and incredibly quiet . You can never hear traffic as you are off a very quiet road , only the sound of birds . Sitting in front of the house in the morning and reading my book , it’s a little suntrap , nice and warm even in mid march . Can’t recommend enough , marvellous.

Very happy with the vila. It was huge and perfect for a large group. Very well equipped.

The house was very nice. Spacious and comfortable. The pool was an excellent added feature. Very friendly and helpful host. It was a great stay.

Maria is a very nice person, very welcoming, and it was easy to check-in even late evening. Her house is in the middle of the Calabrian mountains, almost inside the national park of Sila. The room felt very intimate, and we had a nice Breakfast with good coffee in the morning. She even gave me recommendations on the area. I can recommend the place, worth more than the listing. Will definitely visit again if I’m around!

Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Esperienza unica, alloggio incantevole e completo di ogni comfort. Immersi nella natura, circondati da un panorama mozzafiato, abbiamo goduto della massima privacy in un’oasi di pace e relax. Si stacca completamente la spina dal mondo.. per ricongiungersi, nel silenzio e nella pace, a una dimensione mente-corpo più profonda .. una sinergia di elementi agevolano quella connessione con le nostre parti più autentiche, messe troppo spesso a tacere dalla frenesia della performance cui soggiaciamo quotidianamente.
