Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

The accommodation offered by Arnaud is perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The studio matches the description perfectly, it is functional and very well equipped. Its geographical location is very convenient, close to a supermarket or the Hallage path. We had a great weekend. Arnaud was very responsive during our exchanges and is very friendly. Great stay at Julien's! The apartment is close to the EHESP where I was doing a training, the parking space is a real plus. Quiet and soothing environment, you feel at home! Finally, I want to highlight the quality of the amenities because it's one of the first times I've seen an AirBnb so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. A big thank you, can only recommend!

Nice accommodation near the city center. Very easy to access, Jessica is very responsive, and having a flexible check-in is a plus. The accommodation is a little noisy but it is intrinsic to the apartment (thin walls/ceilings), the neighbors were not in themselves disturbing on the night we spent there. Very nice mattress and sofa, equipped kitchen. If you spend a night in Rennes, I recommend this accommodation.

Very nice, comfortable and very well located accommodation near the port (barely 5 min walk). Everything was perfect… we even regretted not being able to stay longer to enjoy the place. So, we keep the address carefully because we have planned to return.

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!
