Excellent studio apartment, with very good and comfortable accommodation. The hostess was always very kind, answered all the questions and helped with everything I needed during my stay. A 10, I'll be back many times!!!

The apartment is excellent, full of amenities. The kitchen is complete, with everything you need and a little more. The bathroom has an excellent shower. The room is spacious and the TV even has access to streaming services. The room has large, spacious closets, so you can bring everything. The hostess was extremely attentive, agile and polite. The apartment is not exactly in Ipatinga, but it was extremely fast to get to the city center (15 minutes) and I was able to easily get an Uber to go (in the morning) and return (late afternoon).

Juliana was very responsive. The apartment is very practical and ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. There are pots and pans for cooking and supermarkets nearby. The beds have a hard mattress, for those who don't like it can be a problem. Note: Do not leave the windows open after 3pm as many mosquitoes enter.

I've rented other apartments from Juliana, which were all good. But this was my favorite. Great location, private, and it has air conditioning! She's a wonderful host who made everything easy and made me feel welcome. highly recommended
