Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Caterina's villa is really perfect for a vacation in Tropea and Capo Vaticano. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful bay of Reaci. The apartment is equipped with everything and has a nice outdoor space where you can sunbathe or eat. Absolutely recommended!

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance there are the most beautiful beaches on the Costa degli Dei. p.s. remember to bring or buy everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc., etc., which are not available), which are not available).

Andrea and his family are very helpful and the communication was very good! The facility is simple, but functional and quite in accordance with the description and pictures. The location and the view are truly exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful short break. This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas for sitting, lying down and lingering. Pool nice and large and well maintained. Beach just a few steps from the front door. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Our host Vincenzo was always available and gave us great service. Thank you 👍🏻

Amazing house, six comfortable sleeping rooms each with bathrooms guaranteed a lot of freedom and private sphere to me and my friends, we were 11 in total, with kids. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, the huge garden, the quiet location and the vicinity to Tropea. Check-in and out were smooth and Michela was quickly helping out when needed. It's easy to give this accommodation 5 stars. See you next time!

We felt very comfortable in the 2 weeks of vacation. The property is quietly located and only a few minutes walk to the pool, bar and beach. The apartment was clean and very spacious and in the kitchen there was everything you needed. Shower towels and towels are also ready. Michelle and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's accommodation exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We can highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and will be happy to come back!

Amazing experience! Villa is situated on top of the mountain with the view to the sea, less than 10 minutes drive to Tropea. Everything is brand new, the swimming pool is a must during the summer therefore i would definitely recommend. Quiet area during the night, there are still works happening within the surroundings during the day as this is a new place but that is out of Emma's control. The place ia very safe and the host is very friendly and available.

My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the lucky apartments, one on the first floor with a terrace on which we admire the sea every day. The entire villa is well cared for in cleanliness, in the garden and in common spaces. The location is great, very close to the private beach with umbrella and deckchair included in the price and also great for visiting nearby places. Services such as ATMs, post offices, supermarkets etc. are only minutes away by car. The furniture in the apartment is a little dated but still in great condition and functional. The villa is managed by lucky and his family and everyone is busy to make sure guests are well during their stay, they are friendly and helpful... they are always ready to recommend if requested. We had a great time.

Villa Arianna was such a great find. The view from the terrace alone is worth every penny. The beach was also spectacular, very clean with cristal clear waters. Thomas was a very attentive host, we felt looked after. We’d love to return for a longer stay next time.

I also highly recommend it for the strategic location to visit the many beaches and towns of the Costa dei dei.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward.

Villa Sirena is perfection. The pictures do not do it justice. We were met by Lidia who walked our family through the space and informed us of all we needed to know to have a great week. We were a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and outdoor spaces. The terraces and views were unbelievable. There were fruit trees all over the property, seating on the patio, a fire pit, and even a bit of sand for the kids to play in. Patrick and Ondine were fantastic hosts and were so accommodating for the babies in our families by providing cribs and a baby gate. They were quick to respond to any concern or need. We had plenty of room in the driveway for our cars, but a warning that the road down to the villa and to the beach is tight, so be sure to rent small cars! Overall, Patrick, Ondine, & Lidia helped our family to make memories we will never forget! Don’t think twice. Buona vacanza!

Well-decorated small house equipped with almost everything you need for a short place to stay. Convenient location to reach the sea of Roccella on foot. Very friendly and responsive host.

Excellent accommodation, we spent a few beautiful days in Pizzo and the location of the place was excellent. Close to the historic center, the main viewpoint with panoramic views and all the restaurants and ice cream shops. The apartment is very comfortable for 5 people, we will return to Pizzo soon!
