Holiday rentals with a patio in Capo Coda Cavallo

We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

Modern new house just 50 m from the beach - super convenient! Welcome basket full of local delicacies. Flexible check in/out. Great on site host, Salvatore, always available and quick to help with any issues. Great experience overall!

Everything was great! Eleni is very friendly and a great hostess. The apartment was super clean, everything you need is available and you quickly feel at home! :) The house, in which the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, is about 5 minutes' walk from the old town of Olbia. Parking spaces are actually easy to find in the surrounding streets. Definitely a recommendation! :)

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Graziella‘s apartment! The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need, the communication was really easy and it has a nice location to visit all the beautiful beaches around! All in all, we can highly recommend to stay here.

The accommodation perfectly reflects the photos and description of the listing. Perfect position x reach the most beautiful beaches in the area. Very well equipped house x all needs! The highlight is the garden that allows you to eat in peace and stop in the relaxation corner x aperitifs when sunset! I highly recommend it was a beautiful experience! We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

The room had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. They let us out an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was smooth and friendly, check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family with small children. The apartment was excellent – very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. There were lovely surprises for us and even special treats for the children – a truly heartwarming gesture! We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place. We had a lovely stay at Maria-Lena place. We really enjoyed the nice and cosy location and the house was quite lovely and tidy when we arrived. The only thing was that the planes for the airport flew right over which we were not aware of. It was not a lot of planes, so it is not bother, it’s just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay though. Check-in, check-out was easy, and with a rental car it was a really nice base to have.

Enjoyed very clean apartment with extra amenities. Beautiful and comfortably furnished inside and outside on extensive quiet back patio. Beautiful dishes and glassware. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Great location close to many beaches, great restaurants, shops, and to the port. Tommasina and Francesca were friendly and helpful.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Great apartment, so close to beach. Comms were great. Well equipped & very clean. Would recommend!

The view from the terrace to the bay of Olbia is fantastic. The landlord family was super warm. We were given fruit and pastries, charcoal for the grill was available. There was one of the bathrooms not only toilet paper, there was even toothpaste available. If you have a car, this place is a clear recommendation.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

This place far exceeded expectations. Nicer than the photos. The new renovations are beautifully done and the house is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, everything for kids etc). The area is also beautiful: incredible view, easy access to the private beach, and short drive to Porto Cervo and incredible beaches. Giulia was awesome. Very responsive, gave good local tips, and even messaged us to give beach recommendations based on how the wind was blowing so we’d have the calmest waters for our kids. 10/10 would stay again.
