This was such a great rental! Everything was perfect. Host VERY helpful and communicative. Beds were AMAZING! Linen was awesome. Everything was spotless. Quiet at night, even though the house is close to great food, ice cream and coffee. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this place. Perfect for 2 couples or 2 couples with a child or a family of four. One of the best places for it's size in the area. And one of the best hosts as well.

Had a lovely stay. Was a bit cold in April in the mornings and evenings, but besides that it was a great location and lovely place.

Great location and awesome view from the room. Food and drinks are super close and we did not have to drive much at all during our stay. We will definitely be back.

What a peaceful place. We had a great short visit and hope we can come again! The place is even better than the photos. We spent hours watching the birds, ocean and sun set and rise. It was great that we could bring our dog along too!

Liz’s rental exceeded expectations. It felt very cozy, providing that beach home feeling. The beach was a quick stroll away, and it is dog friendly! My pup and I very much enjoyed our time at Liz’s spot. Thank you for relaxing vacation Liz!

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We have stayed at The Dunes numerous times over the last 4 years. Lisa’s home is beautiful and inviting. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. It is such a gorgeous area and the staff at the front gate is always so helpful too. I had to reach out to Lisa multiple times throughout our stay and each time her responses were quick and respectful. It was a delight to chat with her and we are definitely planning to come back and would rent this home again.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David! I stayed here with a few of my bridesmaids while looking for a wholesome weekend getaway near Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea, and this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The home is nestled in a beautiful, private community that felt safe, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding and bonding before the big day. The views from the property were absolutely stunning. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the scenery was breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We also loved how easy it was to get around. Whether we were exploring charming shops and restaurants in Carmel-by-the-Sea or spending time along the coast in Monterey, everything was conveniently close and accessible. This spot was ideal for creating special memories, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

What a beautiful villa! the view was amazing. The beach looks much closer in person, and the hosts were great.We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

It’s our first trip with our one month old son and we had an amazing time! We are familiar with the area which is why we picked Erin’s place since it’s so close to privates! Also Erin provided bikes with surfboard rack that we used to ride to surf at jacks which is a huge plus! The house is super well decorated and beds are comfortable. We love the hot tub as well! Everything is perfect! Highly recommended

I don’t know where to begin. As soon as we entered the property, everything was perfect! From the beautiful decor to all the amenities one could need, she truly did an amazing job for her guests. I will definitely return to this house and bring my family with me. Thank you so much for the wonderful bar setup and for the flowers and cake for my husband. You will surely have more guests coming your way. I will always remember this visit; she even offered me an extra night, which was very kind of her. Annie is a fantastic host!

we are in town for my daughter‘s wedding and used this for myself and staging on day of wedding. I can’t stay enough about Vaquita’s house. The place is awesome right across the street from the beach, walking distance to all amenities, coffee bars, and restaurants. John was super awesome and hospitable and accommodating all deal details about check-in and check out clearly spelled out on the book by the front door the place was clean, almost like it had just been cleaned linens refresh and clean, not overly used ,bathroom amenities were awesome. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s worth every penny that you pay probably even more. You’re literally right next to one of the greatest surfing spots on the West Coast

nous avons passé un excellent moment dans la maison de Marissa. La maison était simple mais très joliment décorée. C'était très confortable, nous avons profité de la cheminée et du jardin. La cuisine est bien équipée pour se préparer des bons repas. Et enfin la maison est à trois minutes en voiture de Pleasure Point le paradis des surfeur pour toute la famille!

We loved our 3 day stay here! We spent many hours sitting by the large windows reading while looking out into the ocean and seeing pelicans fly by. Having beach access just by the unit was amazing. The water was cold but it didn’t stop us from wading in to hunt for sea shells and sand dollars. The location is very remote but that was exactly what we wanted. Even though the unit is part of a larger condominium community, we were never disrupted by loud noises or boisterous neighbors. We slept very well and felt completely safe. It was difficult to leave and we stayed till the very last moment we had to leave to check out in time. We can’t wait to return!
