Spacious Apartment in Historic Townhouse

We are on Capitol Hill, a short walk to the US Capitol, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the National Mall with its iconic memorials, Smithsonian Museums and National Gallery of Art. Half a block away is Eastern Market, an historic indoor food market open 6 days a week. On the weekends it expands with outdoor farm stands and vendors selling crafts and other goods. Within blocks are many restaurants, shops and the Metro. If you need parking, please ask us for a free permit. Thank you!

Kristin’s place was cute, quiet, and comfortable. We checked in easily, and upon checkin the apartment seemed a little warm as there is no access to adjust the temperature, so I messaged her and asked for a fan and she quickly replied bringing one for us! She was sweet & very accommodating. The place was great & bedroom was spacious. The location is ⭐️. Walking distance to the Mall, the Wharf, and two metro stations. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!!

Run - do not walk - to book yourself this fabulous place for your stay in D.C. It’s adorable, impeccably clean, wonderfully designed and maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay easy, enjoyable, and effortless. We loved the great linens and super comfy beds, lovely bathroom, comfortable living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and well-equipped kitchen stocked with the basics and beyond (three different ways to make coffee… what?!). Jane, Andrew, and Ryne have truly thought of everything to include in the apartment and then some... Postcards and stamps? Check. Laundry detergent? Yep. Bottle of wine at check in? You know it. Their personalized website for guests with instruction videos about the apartment, local recommendations, and more is brilliant and so very useful. For our family of four, this was a perfect spot, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our stay so great, Jane, Andrew, and Ryne! You guys are nailing it!

Sam and Jamal were two of the most accommodating people I have ever done business with. They were very responsive, very helpful in getting me a parking pass at the last minute. They even left us a local beer in the fridge for when we got there. Lots of places to go around there all very easily walkable and a very safe neighborhood. The inside was beautiful and everything we needed and more was there for us. Hands down the best people and one of the best places I have ever stayed. Will definitely come back!

The bnb was very clean and looked like the photos. Only thing I didn't realize was that when you come in you immediately have to go up stairs and for some people it may be narrow, or an issue if you aren't physically able to use stairs. For us thankfully it wasnt an issue and we were fine with it. They gave clear instructions when checking in and out and checked in to make sure everything was okay during the stay. There's this cute little café down the street we loved and the area in general I thought was walkable. Would definitely stay again.
