We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures and was very cozy. Luam even reached out during our stay to ensure everything was going well. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return.

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

We really enjoyed our stay! Great space for a large group, clean and had everything we needed. The location is very walkable. We enjoyed walking to union station and really loved the pub and the people, a restaurant across the street.

Overall, our stay was nice. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. We had some trouble finding the entrance and almost thought we were at the wrong place, but the door is kind of tucked away next to the barber shop. The code for the door wasn't listed under the check-in instructions, but V responded very quickly so we were able to get in by the time we arrived. It's fairly close to the National Mall, Nationals Park, and downtown DC, but we didn't feel super safe walking around the immediate area. Fortunately, there's a lot of scooters, bikes, and Uber drivers, as well as a trolley. It can be a little noisy, especially on the side facing the street. But the doors and windows drown a lot of it out. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, and decent water pressure in the shower all made it worth it. And the Nespresso and provided snacks were nice little extras.

We loved being able to easily walk to the Air and Space Museum and the wharf. The paid parking space was great. We had a wonderful time exploring DC from this home base.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

Our family of 3 (2adults and a 10 year old) had a wonderful time. The carriage house is lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! My husband and I loved how clean and comfortable it was. The host offered lots of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We chose to walk everywhere. We got a few groceries at a nearby Trader Joe's (12 min walk). We enjoyed Le Bon Cafe, Buffalo and Bergen, and Young Chow... all walkable as well as the Eastern Market. We really enjoyed that we could walk to the Washington Mall (30 minutes) and Uber back ($15 off peak hours and $35 during peak). This location and historic carriage house was truly perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet place and neighborhood just a short walk from the Capitol district. I stayed with my family one on week for both work and fun. I plan to say here the next time I’m in DC

Stefane’s airbnb is a lovely space. It is clean and well-appointed in a walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants quite near. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space itself is a basement unit, so very little natural light. Great spot for single travelers or a couple.

Erin’s Airbnb is fantastic! It is located in a great location walkable to Union Station, Capitol Hill, and many restaurants and sights. The home is attractive, immaculate, spacious and quiet. The home has a great layout with bedrooms separated. The host is responsive, welcoming, and lovely to work with. This home is a 10!

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Carriage house. The location was fantastic for my needs, in a peaceful neighborhood located just a mile walk to the Capitol and Congressional offices. It was clean, comfortable and well designed, exactly as pictured. I also very much appreciated that it was close to Trader Joe’s for groceries and all the restaurants in Barrack’s Row. And it was a huge plus to have a parking pass, had no trouble finding a parking space. I would definitely stay there again.

Jordan’s home provided our family of 4 with an excellent base for our trip to DC. Most tourist sites were 15 mins away. It was in a safe and pretty residential neighborhood. The house was well appointed with nice furniture, as described in the listing. Jordan was very responsive to the couple of questions I had for him. Parking was always easy right outside the house. Some cool restaurants within a few blocks.

we absolutely loved our time in the treehouse! it's so magical up there. the sounds of the birds were so peaceful and prominent even in an urban environment. incredibly well located to so many shops, restaurants and metro. we would absolutely stay here again and Dru was a very responsive and gracious host.

Charming old house in beautiful DC neighborhood, fun to walk and enjoy local restaurants. House was well furnished, cozy and comfortable with great beds and linens and lovely kitchen. Great experience…highly recommend.

The place was clean and well maintained.. well he described about the neighbors upstairs about noises but what I expected,, I think Michael have to talk to the neighbors upstairs about music early morning.. is hard if you have baby and need some little peace.. overall everything is great and love the place but the neighbors upstairs are the negative side.
