We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures and was very cozy. Luam even reached out during our stay to ensure everything was going well. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return.

It was amazing.The pool is so fun.We had bad weather but we were still a little inside.The location is quiet and beautiful. We will come back for sure. Thank you

Was a wonderful immersive experience. We enjoyed dining and playing board games in the great hall. The escape rooms were very well done. I was skeptical on how it would go without a game master, even had some nice surprise moments. Looking forward to staying again. Kids were upset we weren't staying all week.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

All the amenities (pool, sauna, steam shower, etc) were fantastic but attention to the simple things such as; lots of towels, bowls/treats for dogs, paper towels, cleaning and kitchen supplies was terrific. We often see places that miss on the little things that we end up shopping for. This place had it all, made it convenient for us to enjoy ourselves the entire time. This place is a gem and instant favorite of ours. Well done!

We really liked the house and enjoyed our stay! Eugene was very responsive when we had a question, and let us know to reach out with any issues. Towels were left on each bed along with a toothbrush and toothpaste, and snacks on the table. Check out instructions were easy and simple to follow, and not excessive (just bringing trash out and leaving dirty towels together, no unreasonable cleaning). The street was a bit steep, so just something to keep in mind if booking in the winter to have good tires, but would absolutely recommend and will try to stay here again if I travel to the area in the future!

This is the perfect place to get in and out of University of Maryland. We didn’t explore the immediate community much, but the house was a perfect hub to get from place to place while visiting the DC area. The house has plenty of space, felt safe and was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Was a great stay for my wife and I. Felt like we lived there when we arrived, and it was a Beautiful space!

Modern, clean and spacious. The king bed and couch are super comfortable! It didn't bother us one bit but for people who need a lot of quiet you can hear the children and the family moving around upstairs, sometimes the pitter patter of cute little feet and sometimes voices. But again we didn't mind about that one bit. I wouldn't mind a few more amenities like a kitchen hand towel, extra garbage bags, extra pillow cases, perhaps a little table with chairs outside for morning coffee, etc. but it wasn't a big deal at all. The location was handy, and again it didn't bother us that two different neighbors had huge and loud parties on Saturday night but good to be aware if you might have an issue. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. The price is reasonable. We will definitely consider staying there again if the opportunity arises.

Great place to stay. We stayed here for a weekend to attend a baby shower that was just down the road, and this was the perfect location for accessing everything we needed. The place was immaculate, and they had essentials that we ended up using, such as kitchen utensils and lots of towels. The host is very quick to respond at any time of day, which was very helpful when we were having trouble finding certain things around the house. The cherry on top was how hot the water got there. If you like taking hot showers, the showers here won't disappoint.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. What really stood out, though, was how kind and responsive the host was. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to use the washer (it was a different style than we're used to), the host graciously came over in person to walk my husband through it. That level of care and hospitality really made us feel at home. We truly appreciated the extra effort and would absolutely stay here again!Thank you for your kindness, it meant a lot to us.

First let me say clean! There’s very few places with my standard of cleaning. However, I will say that you have to think about everything that comes with renting a basement ie: kids stomping and running around, crying, etc. I wish I would have thought of this so I would have brought my headphones for my zoom conference. That was my only quarrel. The home is exactly as pictured, and again… super clean! I would recommend staying here!

We stayed in DC with a group of friends and this place was absolutely perfect. The home is even more stunning in person than the photos show. Everyone had plenty of space, and the open layout made it ideal for hanging out and playing games. The hosts were fantastic and offered top-notch customer service. We’d definitely stay here again—wonderful experience all around!

Maurice's place was great! it looked exactly how it was described. The street/neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The home was clean and having 3 full bathrooms was a major plus. The highway is literally a hop skip and a jump away so making runs back into the city was a breeze. Having an abundance of appliances to prepare our meals with was also a major plus for us. I would definitely stay at this listing again.

Home was beautifully decorated, kitchen was well stocked and had a great backyard for family fun and games. Host was very responsive and accommodating!

The space inside the house was wonderful! The backyard was peaceful! The urban location made it easy to get an Uber and make 15-minute trip into downtown DC where all the best museums are. The price was great and my son said it was his favorite Airbnb.

Overall a good stay. Safe community and easy to commute. Only annoying thing is the neighor behind the house always play very music loudly in evening but can stop before midnight.
