Great apartment and location. The experience and stay were very worthwhile. Just because we have a 3-year-old, a microwave was needed, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. There is no parking, which initially worried me, but I felt safe at all times and we had no problems. We will definitely return.

The apartment is excellent, very well located, close to everything, I didn't have to take the car out of the garage. Alias large garage, easy to access. The apartment is complete, has everything you need, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, Airfryer, barbecue... in short, complete. In addition, it has a great acoustic fence, great for those who like to rest, even if they are close to everything. The building has a fantastic structure, swimming pool and a terrace to take a Chima, read a book, or just rest and enjoy the view. check in and check out super quiet. Mr. Eduardo quickly responds to messages. Perfect stay, highly recommend!

The apartment is well located, close to the beach, center, bakeries and restaurants, without needing a car for nothing. The apartment is very good, André responds super fast, we were greeted with agility at checkin and the checkout was super flexible regarding the departure time. The only negative points are the garage that is small (but we have been warned and are in the listing) and difficult to maneuver and not have a washing machine, which for a stay of more days would be necessary (this was not our case).

The apartment is great, with an impeccable kitchen with all domestic appliances, a good living room and a front balcony with a beautiful barbecue, all very clean and very well organized. Near the beach and the center, allowing you to do everything by yourself. As for Regis is a great hostess, welcoming very well, and always very helpful in what was necessary.

Everything was very good: the space, the utensils, the beds, the bed linens and the appliances. The only thing missing was: 220 socket in the kitchen.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and has great utensils and appliances. I highlight the infrastructure of the building, excellent, such as the heated pool, sauna, gym and game room. The location is great, with supermarkets and other shops near and not far from the well-known center of Capão. We intend to return.

We really like to stay in Solange's apartment and we intend to go back! Jana who received us, is a lovely person and has given all the instructions we needed! The apê corresponded exactly with the description and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items”, as the announcement was clear in this sense, that there was not, but by way of suggestion, there could be a dishcloth and one for cleaning the floor (these I forgot🤭😂). We missed an electric kettle, but the milk maker served. We did not find the control of an air conditioning, the double room, but it was not necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower of the social bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the suite was wonderful and with the stool, the other one was not missed at all. Have been great nights well slept, bed and pillows great, dark room (AMO) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great( swimming pool isn't heated).

Everything is excellent, spacious and comfortable apartment, functionality, location, attention, information, comfort and security, vehicle parking within the building. Details that could be improved from the personal, ceiling fans, incorporating Smart TV since it is an element with which we distract our young children or ourselves and also air conditioning, luckily it was not necessary, we had pleasant days.
