I would like to thank Luciane and Marcelo for the sympathy, attention and kindness, from the first contact, receiving us personally in the apartment, where we found a message and some Easter pampering. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and has great utensils and appliances. I highlight the infrastructure of the building, excellent, such as the heated pool, sauna, gym and game room. The location is great, with supermarkets and other shops near and not far from the well-known center of Capão. We intend to return.

We love the stay in the apartment of Vitória, the apartment is great, in my opinion in the best location of Capão da Canoa with a beautiful view, the apartment was very clean and organized. I have only compliments to make, the apartment is beautiful and cozy as well as in the photos. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to come back more often!

Our stay during the New Year was wonderful, the building has it all! Swimming pool, fitness center, great location, good neighbors and very friendly porters. Raquel helped us a lot with everything we needed, always responding super fast. We love the stay and we hope to go more often :) great experience, we have nothing to complain about.

Excellent space... everything is new and well organized. Very comfortable, the sofa is the difference... Spacious and easily hosted two couples and a child. The only thing missing was an air conditioner or fan in the room, because the one there didn't work right, and with those hot days, it became hot in the room. Very good building, swimming pool and spaces for fun. Ana, who welcomed us and did the check-out, was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it

We had an excellent hosting experience at Rafael's place. The apartment, in addition to being spacious, functional and very well decorated, has a spectacular view of the sea and is very close to the beach. Very complete and comfortable, it has all the necessary utensils to enjoy days of rest with great comfort. We loved it and will definitely be back next time!

Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host. Simply incredible, we passed with family,the house served us super well . Guilherme has always given us an opening for whatever it takes. Although it left the house impeccable, it was always concerned about our well-being , I highly recommend.
