We really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was perfect for the heat and everything was perfectly clean! The guardian was very helpful as well, and very polite. This would be a place that we would stay again!

Spent a lovely time in Popenguine relaxing in a home away from home. Nothing to fault at all in the accommodation. Ablaye and Khady were great and at hand if anything was needed. Lication fantastic for being on your own, but close enough to go further up to a more touristic beach. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the fishermen go out on the water in the morning and children playing on the beach. Highly recommended. Thank you Angela 😊

My stay from April 23 to May 5, 2025 was great, wonderful, clean accommodation, everything was perfect, even going to the pool, not to mention the responsiveness, the kindness of the caretaker who was there, I could ask him anything and he did everything. This person is very, very, very kind and it touched me a lot. The description of the accommodation, everything that was written would be here, quiet, environment, perfect. We had everything next door. I thank the host and especially the caretaker who was a wonderful person. In fact, I'm about to book another stay for the month of December. excellent location, steps from the beach and reserve, on the heights of Popenguine, very good value for money

We had a great time. The villa is very pleasant and its position by the sea is perfect. The secure pool is a great asset when you are with small children. 3 terraces offer beautiful views and different views of the sea and there is a very large backyard where the children enjoyed frolicking, in addition to the basketball court. The rooms are comfortable although slightly small. The host, Awa was super attentive and very easy, and the house staff very kind and helpful. We'll definitely go back!

Villa Roka was a lovely place to rest and reset after a week exploring the bustling city of Dakar. The caretaker, Tapha, was kind and helpful, and even made my group some traditional Attaya on our first night. The villa is well stocked with all the necessities and all the additional amenities to make things comfortable and convenient. The nearest grocery is a bit of an inconvenience, but there’s a small bar a couple doors down with local dishes and pizzas at decent prices for meals for convenience. The pool and outdoor space were an oasis in the afternoon heat. Thank you Rokhaya and Tapha for a lovely and convenient stay!

A big thank you to Gina and Claude, as well as their friendly caretaker Sadji, who offered us a lovely welcome in their charming villa. We stayed there quietly, in a spacious and well-equipped house, and the children were able to enjoy the very well-maintained pool. Sadji was attentive and gave good advice throughout our stay. He was able to arrange the late airport transfers, as well as a rental car that really made it easier for us to visit the area. It was an unforgettable stay and rich in great memories. My wife and I had an exceptional stay at Ali's place. We greatly appreciated its flexibility, it allowed us to do an early check-in, which greatly facilitated our arrival. Ali embodies Senegalese hospitality perfectly, with warm and caring attention throughout our stay. We will be back without hesitation and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover Dakar in excellent conditions.

Absolutely great place, offering great value for money, and Frederique is super helpful and responsive as well. The garden is gorgeous and huge, and there's a large airy covered terrace as well, making it really great to be with kids. The place is very well put together, modern, clean and stylish. The only slightest downside is that the indoor space is smaller than typical in Senegal, but you'd be crazy to be indoors in this place anyway. Frederique also has great recommendations on restaurants and shops that are near. Definitely one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Senegal!

This apartment is a real gem, it is much more beautiful in real life than in the photos👌🏻. This is my 2nd stay and I'll be back for sure! We were charmed by the decoration: modern and warm, with thoughtful touches. The space is clean, very spacious and offers everything you need, from the fully equipped kitchen (with coffee!) to the bedding ensuring a good sleep. The location is ideal: close to charming cafes, supermarkets, beaches and sights to visit, which made our stay easier. Marietou and Babacar are real stars, responsive and have made feet and hands with recommendations that allowed us to discover the hidden gems of the Almadies. Babacar is always helpful and helped us with taxis. The terrace is my favorite, perfect for a night swim. We will definitely be back. I would recommend it 100%!

This is a beautiful villa. It is spacious, light and furnishings are of high quality. The villa is located right on the beach and has a well maintained garden area and pool. It is in a quiet location about a 10minute walk to the nearest boutique. Getting a taxi from here isnt easy so worth having a car for a 10min drive into Popenguine for restaurants. Abdou is very responsive and always willing to help and Ousmane the caretaker who lives on site is amazing. He is very helpful, friendly and discrete. This is a great place to escape to and relax. It works for numberous families and also groups. Very happy with our stay here and have already recommended it to many friends. Thank you Abdou and Ousmane.

Issa is an exceptional host. He took time to personally welcome us and guide us through the apartment, ensuring we were familiar with all the amenities and comfortable in our new surroundings. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect blend of coziness and modern convenience. The master bedroom, situated opposite the street and facing a church, does experience a bit of ambient noise, but the plush bedding and serene decor create such a relaxing atmosphere that the sounds fade into the background. We found ourselves sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed each morning. The living room is spacious and well-appointed, providing an ideal space to unwind. With tasteful furnishings, it quickly became our favorite spot to relax, read, and watch TV. The natural light flooding through the windows added a bright and cheerful ambiance throughout the day. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a home-away-from-home experience, and we look forward to returning.

Wow! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The pictures do not do this space justice! The apartment is clean and spacious. The interior has been carefully curated and we appreciated that as soon as we stepped into the apartment. The host was extremely responsive, going over and beyond to any requests. Incredible stay! First, Ndeye is an extremely communicative and responsive host - was so easy to get in touch to reserve the apartment, and any questions she was quick to respond. The apartment is gorgeous, tons of natural sunlight, a beautiful balcony, clean and spacious living room, and pristine bathroom. The kitchen is well lit and all new appliances, with every cooking supply you could possibly need. Bed is comfortable and I slept very well. Great closet space with a clothes hanging rack too. Plus an enormous full body mirror in the hallway. You’re on the 7th floor in a nice and well known building in Dakar with security and comfort all around. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, markets nearby, with the Corniche Est just 10 mins away with breathtaking views. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Wonderful Place to stay honestly. I loved it. Very cozy apartment extremely clean and luminous with a lot of amenities, comfy bed. I felt like home. What I liked most was how private the appartment is. Residential area, very safe and quiet, close to many places 10mns away from Downtown Dakar 15mns away from Almadies. If you want to rest that’s the right place to stay. Ibrahima is an amazing host, warm and welcoming and always went above and beyond. Every single person in the bulding was nice and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised.
