Adji’s Place The apartment is as advertised. Best part about the place: bug screens on the windows — no mosquitoes! (or flies!) Local general store near the building (support local business), with larger chain super markets a short drive away. Within walking distance to the ocean. There is a nice, reasonably priced Spa, 100m around the corner. I was there for diving, and the only Dive Shop in Dakar (only Dive Shop in Senegal, Nautilus Diving Centre) was a 15 min walk away. Some restaurants also within walking distance, although cooking in the kitchen is great too, as it has all the amenities. It is Senegal however, so there are the occasional power outages, water outages, and sometimes the elevator is on the fritz (7th floor, great view, lots of stairs, good exercise)

We had a great stay of about ten days. Moustapha is a very welcoming host and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is well located, very functional, the view from the terrace is superb and you are very close to the ocean with all the amenities nearby. Thank you again!

Great place with a lot of character

The view of the listing is really good. The bathroom is nice, and the refrigerator was very well used. Most importantly, the host who communicated quickly, accurately, and kindly, made us feel better. Thank you, Ahmadou et Aziz!

Very close to where I needed to be for meetings, on a quiet road without a lot of traffic. Basic but with what you need - also the bathroom was above expectations with a huge shower with great water pressure. Loved that it was connected to La Residence Dakar as I was able to buy breakfast there and they treated me like a guest.

Beautiful brand new apartment, on the top floor of a brand new building. (There are all mm qlqs small works on the building side) Beautiful view of the Renaissance Monument and the Phare des Mamelles, ideally located, parking at the foot of the building. Great spaces, large bedrooms, frankly the apartment is even better in real life than in photo. Special mention to Maimouna who manages this property, incredibly nice, kind, available and professional. Thank you for this trip!

Beautiful house, ideally located close to the lagoon, in a beautifully wooded environment. The accommodation and furniture are a little old but nevertheless functional. I have never seen, in Senegal, sanitary facilities with such a good water supply; it was greatly appreciated. Guy and Amy were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, and Zoul, the caretaker, was very kind and available. We'll be happy to go back!

Spent a lovely time in Popenguine relaxing in a home away from home. Nothing to fault at all in the accommodation. Ablaye and Khady were great and at hand if anything was needed. Lication fantastic for being on your own, but close enough to go further up to a more touristic beach. Loved hearing the waves and seeing the fishermen go out on the water in the morning and children playing on the beach. Highly recommended. Thank you Angela 😊

Very nice house: three bedrooms and each one bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. The house is clean. There is a garden with a very nice pool at the back! Ismaila, the caretaker, welcomes you and helps you whenever there is any problem. Sometimes the wifi can stop but thankfully Eve is responsive. The house is accessed by roads coming from Toubab Dialaw or Popenguine, it is best to have your car to get around easily.

We had a great time. The villa is very pleasant and its position by the sea is perfect. The secure pool is a great asset when you are with small children. 3 terraces offer beautiful views and different views of the sea and there is a very large backyard where the children enjoyed frolicking, in addition to the basketball court. The rooms are comfortable although slightly small. The host, Awa was super attentive and very easy, and the house staff very kind and helpful. We'll definitely go back!

The beach house is beautiful, greatly located with nice sea food that you can purchase around. The staff in the house were very helpful and pleasant. Alia provided us with all the information prior to check in, including tips and advice on local activities and restaurants. Thanks for opening your space to us! We very much enjoyed the arts and facilities, we'll definitely come back.

What a great experience I had staying here!! The place was absolutely stunning from the views to the layout of the place. The host Ibrahima was amazing super responsive!! Anything you need he’s your man from directions, advice on cool things to do in Dakar or food options. The beach is awesome about a 5 minute walk. 100% would recommend!!

Had a nice stay at Atsede Maryam's place. Yoff is a nice neighborhood and the beach is around the corner from the apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, and there was plenty of kitchen equipment for if you wanted to make something yourself.

Really , we loved this experience too much. The host is a very kind person, he made us feel so comfortable , we felt at home, we didn't even want to go 😅 home. I highly recommend you, if you would like to rest , the place is quiet , clean , no noise , friendly . Every time we needed something , he was there to help us. We had a great stay at Mouhamadou's place. Upon our arrival, the welcome was perfect: Mamadou is available, responsive and very friendly. You immediately feel at ease. The accommodation itself is spacious, very clean and well arranged. It is bright, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay, whether for a few days or longer. We feel that everything has been thought out for the comfort of the guests. The location is also ideal: the neighborhood is quiet while being close to many shops, restaurants and services. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transport, which makes getting around very convenient. In short, a great experience! I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and I will gladly come back if the opportunity arises. Thanks again to Mamadou for his warm welcome and the quality of his accommodation!
