Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cap-d'Ail

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place, walking distance from Éze, nice balcony, well equipped, clean, great communication... Everything perfect!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

Christine is a fabulous, friendly, helpful and very responsive host. Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Good AC. Village shops about 1/3rd mile. However steep walk. Beach is 15 min walk down several hundred steps. Lot longer on way back up. However local bus at end of street runs hourly most of time. 2€. Take down to beach and train station. Trains run on time. Uber is also great in this area.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb and beautiful view of Monaco! Matthieu and team ensured we were well taken care of during our stay and communication was fantastic! He gives a local guide to all guests and guests can also use uber app to get into Monaco (only in France side). Wonderful amenities and all like the photos! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Don’t hesitate

Marco was great. Friendly, responsive, and accommodating. And was also flexible and helpful with things like check-in. His place was nice. Basically as the photos just as the photos show. Things like the bed was good. There's a bit of noise, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. And I'd recommend anyone else to stay with Marco :)

Our stay at Nicolas' was really incredibly beautiful. The apartment is even nicer than in the pictures, the view is breathtaking, everything is super clean and spacious and modernly furnished. There is also everything you need for a stay (towels, flip-flops, bag for pool, washing machine & iron, fully equipped kitchen). The location was great, within 5 minutes you were by car in Monaco and 15 minutes on foot. Nice is also just a half-hour away. In addition to a great terrace overlooking Monaco and the sea (and the stars), there was also a communal pool and a private parking lot that could be used without restriction. There were also small touches in the apartment. Communication with Nicolas was excellent and we were able to contact him with any questions or concerns. We would love to come back any time!

The view from this apartment was everything to us! To watch the sun rise and set over the beautiful and peaceful city of Cap d’Ail was incredible. There was a local grocery and bakery just down the hill (though the stairs back to the home was no joke!). We loved being able to cook at home and dine on the balcony 😊 beautiful place, very grateful to have had the chance to stay!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

The apartment is great and has a beautiful view. Everything was perfect, even in the details: very good air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. Bed linen, towels, dishes/cutlery and the whole apartment in general were super clean. Sophie responds very quickly to questions and is always available. Unrestricted recommendation!

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Superb accommodation, the hosts are as superb as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it is very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. We'll be happy to go back. ☺️ I'd recommend it without a second thought. Beautiful continuation to you, Emilie and Antoine
