Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cap-d'Ail

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We loved our stay at Nicolas’s villa. He was so helpful with any requests we had. The kitchen was very well equipped to dine in. Only a 15 minute taxi to both Nice and Villefranche Sur Mer. Would highly recommend for a group of 8

Notre séjour a été très agréable, tout d'abord par un accueil chaleureux de Pascal qui est très sympathique. Le logement était conforme aux photos et à la description. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Dommage que la température extérieure était trop fraîche pour que l'on puisse profiter de la piscine. Merci Pascal de votre accueil et de nous avoir donner de bons conseils pour nos visites. Nous reviendrons certainement vous voir pour un aitre séjour.

Mes parents ont été ravis de leur séjour chez Dominique et Jacqueline, le logement était très propre avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la mer. Ils ont pu tout faire à pieds grâce au centre ville de Menton accessible à pied et aux transports en commun. Dominique est un hôte très sympathique, arrangeant et attentionné. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Our trip was lovely! The apartment was very clean, in a great location with a beautiful view of Cap d’Ail and the Mediterranean, and the amenities all worked perfectly. Simona was a gracious and responsive host. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Susana’s place was incredible! The view and location were perfect! Even being outside with the most beautiful view was amazing. There is a hammock outside over looking the ocean if you just want to relax and inhale the beauty. Very clean and there was coffee for the morning.

Stayed at the flat with a family. The place is fantastic, quiet street, direct sea views, a few mins walk from Monaco and the beach. There is a beautiful route for walking right by the sea which you can use to walk all the way to Monaco and to the other side along Cap D’ail. You can take local buses to Monaco. And of course you are surrounded by beautiful views, the sea, cosy villas, local french villages. The flat is super clean, fully equipped, quiet, has parking, flooded with natural light. The host is incredibly helpful and supportive. Will come back again!

Location de dernière minute et qu'elle surprise... le logement est propre et très bien equiper. Il ne manque rien même la vue est superbe. Décalé la table vers la fenêtre et déguster un apéro avec une vue de fou. Logemet super bien isoler malgrer la route aucun soucis. L'hôte est réactif et nous a guider pendant notre séjour. We have returned to Corinne, who is very hospitable, for the third time. Her apartment is a real pearl in the heart of Cap d’Ail. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and everything else, intact. We love running by the sea, so every morning we use the path that connects Plage des Pissarelles and Monaco. If you love the view of the sea and nature, you will definitely choose her apartment. I would recommend it to everyone. Corinne you rock 😊

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Tutto semplicemente meraviglioso, dall'appartamento impeccabile come nella descrizione, ai prodotti a disposizione sia in cucina sia per il bagno e per l'igiene della persona . Bottiglia di prosecco all'arrivo, acqua, bibite e addirittura il caffè per la mattina. Abbiamo conosciuto Andrea, persona semplice ma di super aiuto anche nei piccoli imprevisti, sempre a disposizione con risposta immediata nelle telefonate e messaggi.

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
