The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.

great value for the festival at Lincoln showground. Easy to find and had free parking. Hosts were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again for future events. Microwave and fridge were useful too..

Daniel made the perfect host - responsive but not intrusive, and always very kind. His place is right next to the wonderful arboretum and still only 10 minutes walk to the city center. The place has no lift and the stairs were steep, not a problem for us but good to keep in mind. The bed is soft, the window faces greenery (we were on the top floor). Lola, the cat, is a great addition to the experience. I would recomment Dan's place for a base to explore this lovely city.

Lovely cosy little house, right in the city centre so walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants etc. I thought this would make it noisy, especially with us visiting on a bank holiday weekend, but it wasn’t at all. Very family and dog friendly, our Labrador and our 4 year old loved it as much as we did. Snacks and fizz on arrival too! Can’t fault the place, we’ll be back for sure.
